Vikings not undefeated but maybe unrivaled... by pat kirwan
I like the above reference from Kirwan at nfl.com it is a good perspective of how the vikings are moving each sunday.
Pat Kirwan actually had some thing to comment about on our vikings.
I thought it would be worth posting the link if some didnt get a chance to read,
Even to go as far as saying may be best in the league at this point (disclaimer as May be the best )
or canidate for the top spot in the league.
He mentions his associates making comments about the vikings which makes me think
did they come up to him and say "hey how bout those vikings huh? pretty good huh?
Who ? Vikings ? Yeah !!! Well I think I will look into this team ....hey wow they are doing pretty good! haha

NFC Playoff Picture Overview
Noticed the NFC seeding goes something like this.
Giants #1 seed we beat them.
Panthers #2 seed Beat them.
Vikings #3 seed Beat themselves. Ha Ha
Cardinals #4 seed Beat them.
Falcons #5 Lost to them.
Eagles #6 Unkown opponent.
The Team that is the monster to me the most is the #3 seed Vikings beating them selves. As Gonzo quoted Emerson....what lies within us .....If they can come into playoffs and play four quarters of solid football, manage the game, limit turnovers and continue to improve the offensive play calling. The skys the limit. There is one thing I noticed that is impressive when talking about turnovers it is great to see this 2008 team when a mistake is made, the team and the individual appears to try and make up for it.... Rally around each other so to speak... I liked how TJ, when he threw the interception in the endzone (Giants game) he at least ran like hell to get the guy (Butler) out of bounds TJ was the last man to beat.... if that was (not so fast Gus) it is clear that would have been a touchdown return and say goodbye to the playoffs. And of course AD, how he can shake off the loose ball problem and break out for a 67yard gain. So this gives me some hope. As for the Giants not playing some players...We too have our injuries and several Big huge playmakers not on the field (E.J. Henderson, Pat Williams. One could be subjective and probably have this thought. We beat them with our Second string quarterback whos only played a few games this year. Love to hear your thoughts. Sail onward go vikes.
Giants and Arizona clinched playoffs now what??
There in!!! now ,how do they play out???Does anyone have an Idea as to how the Giants and Arizona will play against the Vikings now that they both have clinched a playoff berth.??? Wiil they start the backups to reduce the chance of injury to starters or business as normal???? Vikings are not that lucky to have this choice, every game is do or die which makes for and exciting year and keeps the intensity up every play every game.
