It's no secret that Shane Carwin has made a name for himself in the UFC in just about two years, much less than many other veterans. Of course, this is primarily due to his incredible performance in the octagon up to this point. However, another considerable factor has been his willingness to be accessible to his fans.

The UFC has officially announced the match between backstreet-brawler Kimbo Slice Vs. Houston "The Assassin" Alexander, in a predictable stand-up war which is bound to dish out no ground-game humiliation to either fighter.

While the announcement could be puzzling to most casual fans (as Alexander was not a participant on The Ultimate Fighter), the knowledgeable ones will immediately understand that the matchup secures an undisputed winner, no matter the outcome, and that is the UFC itself.
