How about some entertainment until game time? Let's keep this to sad but true stories. My Dad's wife just saw my treasured SUC T-shirt from 1993. I mentioned how it's seen many years and is now only brought out for $C games. She said I could have a new one made. FAIL.

Your turn!

(btw, Prime Ticket/Fox College Sports is showing Best of UCLA/U$C* most of the day!)

Google News recently added the ability to create your own page, rather than just seeing what is on their standard home page. I created a filter to search for articles featuring our current football and men's basketball teams, as well as any featuring Bruins currently in the pros. You don't even need a Google account! To add the UCLA section, from the main Google News page, click on Add a section at the top right, type UCLA into the search bar on the right, then add it. Now every time you go to the Google News home page you'll see the UCLA section!

You should be able to go straight to it via this link:

ESPN is running a contest to vote for "your favorite college band." For some reason, they aren't including The Solid Gold Sound of the UCLA Bruin Marching Band (disclosure: I'm a proud former UCLA band member!). The $C "band" is somehow featured with six others. Go vote against $C! I don't have any particular recommendation, just not $C. You can vote once every day.
