Wolves fan with a draft related question and poll.

Heading into the 2012 NBA draft the Kings have a shot at Anthony Davis. It'd be great to see and I think he'd pair amazingly with Cousins. If the lottery doesn't smile on Sacramento who are you...

He's not a Wolf, but this kid is something. Can't shoot, no offensive game, playing with the worst team in the league by a large margin, but he's amazing to watch. Manther vs D12 tonight so how'd...

The type of loss I like to see.

First let me get this out of the way. I don't like losing. That said some things happened worth noting. More after the jump.

A moment of insanity.

No deal yet.  Owners offer 47% and float the idea of a guarantee of 49% and a max of 51%.  Offer is floated and not formal and shot down before getting anywhere.  Players supposedly countered with...

Quick question from a T Wolf fan

Last summer it was widely rumored that Rudy was available, but that no one wanted to pay the price of a mid-first rounder for him.  I have no idea if this was legit.  As a T-Wolf fan I'm curious...

Questions from a Wolves fan

Hello, I'm a long time Timberwolves fan, but can't say I follow the Raptors too closely.  I mean no disrespect, but have some basic questions I was hoping fans of the team might be able to help...

Taylor says Wolves most likely keeping second overall pick

14

"I think it's most likely we'll keep [the pick] ... but we're open to look at a trade," said Taylor, who will let Kahn make the final decision. "But most likely we'll keep [the player who is drafted]. I just think when you get a pick that high, you would want to keep it for the future."

Oh my sweet Jesus....Stern really does know where the bodies are buried!

Copied from a HoopsDaily.com article: Gary Hall, lawyer for National Basketball Players Association, dies in New York 05/16/2011 - 9:47pm Gary Hall, a prominent Syracuse attorney who went on to become the top lawyer for the National Basketball Association’s players union, died suddenly today in New York City. Hall, 67, was found unconscious this morning in his New York apartment, according to Billy Hunter, his longtime friend and executive director of the National Basketball Players Association. The two had been friends for more than 30 years, sharing a Syracuse-area connection. Hall was a Canastota native. Hunter graduated from Syracuse University, where he was captain of the 1964 football team that played in the Sugar Bowl. Hunter now serves on the SU Board of Trustees. But the two never met in Syracuse. Their paths crossed years later, when Hunter was the U.S. Attorney in San Francisco. Hall worked with Hunter in the Justice Department's San Francisco office from 1978 to 1985. Hunter said when he had an opening for the NBA union’s general counsel about five years ago, he immediately thought of Hall. "We were longtime friends and he was an excellent attorney," Hunter said when reached tonight in Manhattan. "He was an outstanding lawyer, and he was extremely bright." Hall took the NBA union job in November 2005, leaving his job as a partner in the Syracuse law firm of Blitman & King. Hall specialized in labor and employment law. Hall would have played a key role in negotiations between NBA players and owners during the offseason. The NBA's collective bargaining agreement expires in less than two months.
