Andrew Bynum to model his game after Bonner
Bynum vowed to continue to "expand his game" by taking shots from beyond the arc.
"I guess, 'Don't take 3s' is the message, but I'm going to take another one and I'm going to take some more, so I just hope it's not the same result," Bynum said. "Hopefully I make it."
Top NBA D-League Prospects
Four Toros make the list: Johnson, Dentmon, Wright and Dawson. Former Spurs: Daniels, Ahearn, Larry Owens and Malcolm Thomas. Spurs might be more likely to pick up veteran help off the waiver wire, though Malcolm as a big and Ben Uzoh at PG are young and could make a future contribution.
Chuck Chooses Leonard, Splitter
This year's Rising Stars game during All-Star weekend rather than using the traditional Rookie vs. Soph format, the teams were chosen by "GMs" Charles Barkley and Shaq. Both Spurs players are on Team Chuck. Shaq seemed influenced by David Kahn in filling his roster with PG's.

Owens returns to Tulsa
While the Spurs do not seem to have made an announcement and at the moment he is still listed on their roster, Larry Owens has returned to the Tulsa 66ers and played in yesterday's game for them. He's been named to the D-League All-Star team.
Spurs Nation " No use sweating Splitter’s minutes
"I’m sure that he’s frustrated and would love to be on the court," Popovich acknowledged. "At the same time he’s been a total team positive, working hard to be ready if called upon. He’s conducted himself in a totally professional manner."
Game Recap: Spurs/Timberwolves at the AT&T Center
While I am usually quite content to watch the Spurs games on television, my wife and I try to make it to a game once a year or so for the added experience. Due to our schedules, that usually means a Sunday evening, and last night's game fit perfectly into our schedules.
