Armando vasilates like Rzayo trying to decide which Goof Troop member to slap first. Under "Ronnie Brown" by Ringtone17, Armando says that Ronnie isn't better than Ricky or Patrick. In this article, he is saying he wants to "[clear up] a couple mistakes."

I always wonder if someone is full of shit. Whether it’s in business or my personal life having a bullshit detector is critical. Some of us have a better bull secretion detector than others but we all have one.

Throughout my life, I’ve met plenty of people and companies who are full of shit and plenty of people and companies who are as sincere and genuine as they come. The tricky part comes when the person or company insists they are one way, however, their actions depict them as another way.

Rule number 1 for detecting bull secretion is when a person or a company says one thing insistently but they do another thing repeatedly. Automatically, you’re nostrils should begin to flare.

Rule number 2 is to learn more about the person or company’s track record. Someone can say they are a certain way, but if nothing in their past reflects that then those nostrils should perk even more.

Rule number 3 is to ask sources. Ask people that have dealt with the person or company before. If other people or customers have dealt with the person or company before, find out their experience. But you have to be careful with this. You’re going to need your bullshit detector for this exercise in it of itself.

Rule number 4 is the hardest rule of all to follow. But it will always give you the right answer no matter what. It is 100% guaranteed.

The rule is simple. Wait and see. Most people don’t want to do this but this exercise works every single time. Although life is extremely short, it’s also fairly long (if that makes any sense). Within due time, you’ll be able to tell if a person or a company is full of it.

Usually a company that is full of it will go out of business or bankrupt and a person that is full of it will continue to act opposite of what they say.

Having a reliable bullshit detector can be your most valuable asset. It has saved me tens of thousands of dollars and hours in business and hundreds of wasted hours with people who are full of nothing but hot air.

Cypress Hill said it best, "When the shit goes down, you better be ready!"

Maybe Armando is preparing to run politically, he certainly has the credentials.

Why a Running Back in the Second

Because DONALD BROWN can be counted on — he capped a 150-yard, two-touchdown tour de force by sprinting three yards around right end cementing Connecticut's win over Baylor. The 5'10", 210-pound Brown is "a tough guy to bring down once he gets going," says Baylor coach Art Briles.

Take a look at the video link, and tell me why the Dolphins (if available) should, shouldn’t or can’t draft this guy with the first of their two second round picks (#44).

Donald Brown vs Virginia

The leading rusher in Division I-A (179.0 yards per game) — he ran a 4.44 40 at the combine — Brown also a very strong player, he can squat 600 pounds. (he's been seen dragging a linebacker from three yards behind the line of scrimmage for a four-yard gain.)

Brown's rushing yards accounts for about 42% of the Huskies' total offense, and has carried the ball 40% of the time — playing in a pro-style offense. Baylor even stacked eight defenders at the line of scrimmage and were still unable to stop Brown.

Let me explain to you why he should be on Miami’s roster.

Production: 2,000 yd rusher with 100+ in 11 of 13 games 200+ in 3 games including a 208 yd 1st half performance in a bowl game.

Size and Speed: Although not the tallest back in this draft, his body composition at 210 lbs and combination of speed (4.3-4.4) gives him an "elite" combination.

Character: Outstanding work ethic, Leadership, Selflessness, and a student of the game. He is durable and takes very good care of his body. His vision, explosiveness and strength sets him apart from [or at least equal to] other backs in this draft. His pass blocking improved but he didn't even use it enough because he was the offense. The truth is he dominated against defenses who not only knew he was going to get the ball but didn’t have to respect a passing game.

This kid will not only improve the team, his intangibles will make an instant impact.

Ah, but you say we have Ronnie, Ricky, Cobbs and bloomin(?) Lex Hilliard. And there’s no room on the roster. Well, like I said previously, the two starters are in their contract year. Ricky is a back-up now and can be let go. Ronnie hasn’t broken 1,000 yards in a few years (even though he made the Pro Bowl). And because he made the Pro Bowl, he has trade value. No matter, in a year, we should have a new backfield. No one is a lock on the running back roster, in my opinion.

As for Cobbs and Hilliard — they’re ok, but not great backs. Donald Brown is an upgrade to both AND can be the second back, making Ricky the third. Ricky could also be cut without great expense to the team — keeping Cobbs (or Hilliard?). I don’t think Cobbs and Hilliard are so great that we can’t do without them. Plus, no back is put on the practice squad, so no one gets nabbed off it. I think a Brown and Brown backfield would be optimum (similar to what Dallas had a couple of years ago) to what this coaching staff wants from the running game.
