I grew up all over the place, but have been in Nebraska since 1977...meaning I'm still a bit of an outsider to some. My summers were usually spent in Georgia and I had a dad & uncle who attended UGA, so the 'Dawgs were my #1 team until some point during my years at UNL when the 'Skers finally overtook them in my heart. Many years & alcohol make remembering exactly when an impossibility.

I am also a huge Atlanta Braves fan and NHL & college hockey fan (and youth coach). I regard soccer as goofy in ways too many to list here and can't stand the sight of it at times. Unless my daughter's playing or Victory is on. And World Cup. OK, never mind.

I'll have quite a few opinions, a lot of them wrong, but hopefully I'll get a laugh or two before you tell me how screwed up they are.
