Raised on the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Lions, growing up was a lot of winning and a lot of losing. You learn to deal with both in this great state. When winning is all that matters its easy to love the Red Wings and when losing is all you ever see, it got hard to love the Lions but something has changed, been awakened in the Motor City and its time for those that stayed true to rise with pride and dedication to not only help restore the swagger of Motown but to restore the roar of the Lions. To not stand for only one championship team but to demand excellence in all major sports teams in this state. If its sports you love like me then its sports we'll talk. It doesn't have to be ESPN 24/7 like me but a simple passion for your childhood team, the team your old man raised you on, taught you skills you still use today like handling winning and losing, that passion in which I will read, comment and blog on, I hope you join me.

I will fight til the end on Hockey being the greatest sport unnoticed, I love my Red Wings. Can't miss a Lions game and the NFL has me mesmerized every sunday. I stand firm on my beliefs and opinions but am not ashamed to admit when wrong on a subject. And firm I will stand on topics as Yzerman-greatest captain ever, Brady one of the greatest quarterbacks to throw a football and Barry being the greatest running back to lace the cleats.
