Sporting News' Russ Lande ranks LSU's Michael Brockers as the top defensive tackle in the draft.

According to Lande, Brockers' combination of long arms, athleticism, strength, and size has some drawing comparisons to Richard Seymour. Lande also calls Brockers the best run stopper in the draft as a "dominant, two-gap defender." Because Brockers has not developed into a pass rusher, he may appeal more to 3-4 teams as a five-technique end than 4-3 teams looking for a penetrator.

This right here is the main reason that I think Brockers will be the Chiefs pick at #11!

Free agent LT Marcus McNeill has visits lined up with the Falcons and Chiefs.

McNeill visited the Lions on Friday, and has been cleared to play after a neck injury limited him to nine games last season. The Lions are reportedly still interested in re-signing Jeff Backus, so the Falcons and Chiefs could be more realistic options for McNeill.

The New York Daily News reports the Chiefs have "significant interest" in free agent Jerricho Cotchery.Cotchery would be no higher than fourth on the depth chart in Kansas City. The Jets have also expressed interest in bringing back Cotchery, but he isn't know to have yet scheduled any visits.

Maybe KC should try and make a trade for Matt Moore. He did good under Brian Daboll last season and will be a free agent in 2013. Miami might take a late round pick for Moore, if they get Flynn or Manning. I think he could provide the competition Matt Cassel needs, and with him already playing under Daboll he might have a leg up on Cassel. Thoughts?

Kirk Ferentz. A name that I haven't heard anyone talk about, but I know Pioli was interested in...
