BJ has over 19 years experience of directly helping athletes be the best they
can be. He spent 6 seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals professional baseball
organization as an athletic trainer, and over 14 years working for one
of the most highly respected orthopedic groups in the South. He also has
organized the annual FCA High School Football Combine, and through
this event (13 years) has been responsible for directing the athletic testing
of over 3600 football players. Under his direction in only 6 years, over 12
athletes have made it into the professional football ranks.
BJ currently serves as President of the Arkansas Athletic Trainers’ Association
(www.aataonline.com), as well as being active with the Southwest
Athletic Trainers’ Association & the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
He is a certified member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
He has owned Arkansas Sports Performance Center (ASPC) since 2003,
and has helped thousands of athletes reach their full potential. ASPC is a
proud member of the Athletic Republic, the world’s premiere provider of
scientifically based athletic development programs.
