BoT Reformed?


Interesting article on the "progress" the BoT has made in reforming itself. All I will say is that I think it's telling that most of the "progress" that has been made on addressing recommendations has been in areas with no effect on the board members making those decisions. That or the reforms contain exceptions that protect current board members from the reforms. I guess I wouldn't willingly give up my seat at the cool kids table either...
