Thujone over at ShaggyBevo is creating another masterpiece.
(It really is pretty spectacular. -- Ross)
This time it's about Tresselball.
Spencer Hall in IC this weekend
Yes, the Spencer Hall from EDSBS will be making the trek from the ATL for the weekend to take in some Iowa tailgating and the game against tOSU.
Boise St. says they are Proven
I saw this over a BSD and had to bring it over here.
An article from our friend Mas Casa on the RB's for saturday.
Sounds like we'll get to see the New Cambus this saturday.
Fund Raising has started to upgrade the Football facilities.
Per the Des Moines Register.
CHA Addition and Remodel
If anyone is interested in the construction phase of CHA Addition, the link takes you to a live webcam. The company I work for will be installing the roof system in late July to early August. Happy Watching.
Trying to uncover an extremely well-guarded secret, this writer is going to climb out on a very long limb and give Ohio State a slight nod (50 percent), because it earned his first visit and he reportedly returned home with stars in his eyes. Southern California and Iowa are tied (at 20 percent each), with Notre Dame and Florida next (at 5 percent each). I believe Iowa, which was an unofficial visit, is the biggest sleeper because Kirk Ferentz was an NFL line coach and he continues to turn out top linemen.
Thoughts fromDave Kriderof MaxPreps.com. I'll take any hope given to us.
Who's up for a good donkey kicking story?
BSD brings forth some criminal activities going on with a female PSU track athlete. Go forth and enjoy.
Claborn and Sash are getting some National Recognition.
And just think, next year alot more will be rolling in.
Maybe it's good Tyler Smith left.
Caught this on Fanhouse.
The Zooker is bringing in some guns
I was checking out Adam Rittenberg's blog over at tWWL and ran across this.
As you can see, we'll have to deal with a Petrino.
Paul Petrino, most recently the offensive coordinator at Arkansas, takes the same job in Champaign. Petrino served as offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach at Louisville from 2003-06 before following his older brother Bobby to the Atlanta Falcons and then to Arkansas. Though the move from Arkansas to Illinois might seem a bit odd, Paul Petrino now will get to call his own plays (Bobby handled the Razorbacks' play-calling duties).
Apparently Iowa is IKEA Furniture
Check out Mark Hasty's Pickin' on the Big Ten on Fanhouse.com.
I guess our 6-0 #11 Iowa Hawkeyes are only comparible to furniture.
Iowa is IKEA furniture. Not many things are both trendy and popular, but IKEA and the Hawkeyes both are right now. IKEA because it's cheap; Iowa because a weary football nation sees the Hawkeyes as the last best hope for a Buckeye-free BCS. Thus millions are willing to overlook the common flaws of each: They're kind of funny looking, nobody is really sure how long either will hold up, and you're not sure you can believe them when they say that the STANZI coffee table goes with the FERENTZ armchair, the ANGERER TV stand, and the MOEAKI floor lamp.

But yet, Meechigan is a Beemer?
Michigan is a BMW with the first-generation iDrive system. From the outside, everybody can see that you've got a Bimmer, and a fairly new one at that. It's easy to be impressed. That's good news for you, because you're sitting inside the car with absolutely no idea how to change the radio station or keep the defroster from running full blast all summer long. But you look like a player.
I got a chuckle out of the rest of the article.
On a side note, we all know Meechigan plays Deleware St. this weekend. DSU has an enrollment of 3,700 students. Kirkwood Community College has an enrollment of 17,841. Why can't they have a football team? LOL
