Brian Sakowski, or "Sak" for short, is a senior secondary ed student at Central Michigan University, double majoring in History and Political Science. He spent over a year serving on the CMU Baseball staff in the role of undergraduate assistant, working personally with now-Tigers Jordan Dean and Ryan Longstreth. Recently, Brian was hired by Perfect Game USA as a scout, and will be spending the summer traveling the country, scouting the best amateur talent in America. A long time student of the game of baseball, Brian played for 14 years, has umpired for 8 years, coached for 4, and is now in his second year of scouting the game. His dream job is to be the head baseball coach at a major university, but he'll settle for a combo job as high school baseball coach/history teacher/Detroit Tigers area scout.
