Paul to Ellis ALL DAY!!
lets make this trade happen cuz this would be happening every night
Golden State gets an A+ on TEAM REPORT CARD- Highest of All Teams
I really like all their picks and there is no need to trade ellis, Klay can come off the bench this year or beggining of the year and then be a filler for dorrel wright sometimes as well. We also can have Jenkins be a solid backup for steph, and dont need to rely on acie or lin.
And Jeremy Tyler....A+ STEAL!!!! and a biiig sleeper!
good job warriors!!!
FAMOUS MARK JACKSON LINES
HERES SOME FAMOUS MARK JACKSON COMMENTARY SAYINGS....YOU THINK HE WILL USE THESE ALL THROUGHOUT PRACTICE ?? I can totally see that happening:
"Monta!!! Hand down man down!!!""
or
"Biedrins, thanks for being in my POSTER!!"
Please add some of your own....
Take a shot if he says something along the lines of:
"I'm fair, but firm."
"He's a winner."
"He just gets it done."
"When his number is called he's ready."
"They just gotta come out and compete."
"Just because [Player A] is better than [Player B] doesn't mean he can't come out and outplay him."
"...and it's not even close."
"Momma, there goes that man."
"He's a knockdown shooter."
"Excuse me, I have a meeting with the rim!"
"You're better than that!"
"GOTCHA!"
"Allen Iverson, pound for pound, is the best player in the game."
"Don't take your frustration out on the refs, take it out on the rim!"
"Come get in my poster!"
"NOT ON MY WATCH!"
"That's a grown man move right there."
"I'm a truth teller."
"The best player has to set the tone for this team."
"When his number is called he's ready."
"...if you come out and compete anything can happen."
"He's really forcing the issue."
"Time and time again."
"My goodness!"
"That's the Beyonce move. To the left to the left."
Down the entire bottle if he says:
"Kobe Bryant is the best player on the planet."

Lebron is a genius!
So these past few days MJ, Barkley and now Magic have lashed out on Lebron stating that they would of never joined forced with eachother or players like Bird or Abdul Jabbar because they are competitors and they want to be on a team of their own and beat one another. Ok that is understandable. But the NBA is slowly on the decline and I know Lebron knows what he is doing. Since in the league, Lebron has truly built himself from the brand up to become a worldwide basketball figure/icon. Yes everyone is saying Kobe is better, or the best in the game, and has more rings, but everyone would totally agree Lebron is a better brand and better for marketing nowadays.
Lebron has now decided to join Bosh and Dwayne Wade is a 6 year deal, and option to opt out after 4 years. Even if he stays the full 6yrs, I am pretty sure one of them would sign with a different team. Lebron, Wade and Bosh are all young and Lebron is the youngest out of all of them being 25 and I am sure when he is 30-31, he is still going to be scary good or maybe even better since it would be his prime. At that time he will have a at least 3 rings or maybe even 4 rings if he gets lucky. I think this is where Lebron got smart. Soon after this move to Miami, the NBA will start to change since star players want to follow the SuperFriends footsteps and build a team with 3 superstars like wade, bosh and lebron
Recently, Chris Paul wants to join the Magic, Lakers, or the Knicks befiore the season starts. If he goes to the Lakers, which I doubt, they will be up their with the Heat as a Super team or the Magic with Dwight looks preety scary too. If he joins the Knicks, rumors are carmelo will follow next year and that will be super scary too! Players are soon following the Big Three of Allen, Pierce, and Garnett because they know it works and soon the NBA will evolve in a Superteams scenario where there are at least 6 teams across the country that are scary good with 3 consistent all stars and the NBA will definetley benefit off this because it would a David vs Goliath story if teams like this played or lost to teams like Golden State or Suns, OKC etc...... That would be fun!
Ok now Lebrons part, Lebron will come out after 4-6 years with the Heat and his Superfriends on top with at least 3 rings and still 30 playing strong. He will get another $100million plus contract with another team and most likely new deals along the way since he is or has been a champion and here where the fun will start.
Imagine the games between Wade and Lebron after they split up. It will be like a Shaq vs Kobe since they had a history behind them. This Lebron vs. Wade Games will be classics especially if they are in different conferences because Kobe will be long gone by then and they will be the next KObe vs Shaq or Bird vs magic. I cant wait!!!
(sorry this was long...tell me your thoughts and of course your criticism lol...
Life IWithout Maggette = WONDERFUL
I tuned in midway through the 1st quarter last night because as the season is going along i keep forgetting more and more about te warriors and do not even look up there schedules anymore. I remember in the We Believe Era and the years after that when the Warriors were decent/good....I had the schedule memorized top to bottom. Now I am just in the Wall sweepstakes just like everyone one else.
Anyways, I noticed that the warriors were up 24-14 and I was like oh its just the 1st quarter, Dirks going to light it up in a second. As the game went on the Warriors were getting better and better and I was like whats going on??? Then I noticed something I shoulda noticed looong time ago....MAGGETTE WAS OUT...How can I not see this, How have I sat here for almost 2 quarters and not noticed Maggette's absense?? How can I not notice te shiny bald headed dude driving in like Frank Gore and chuking up 15 shots in a row???
This year I really was liking Maggette, he was putting up some good numbers night in and night out so I was like why should we trade him? After last night I fiugured out why:
Curry: 9-20FG, 25pts, 9ast
Ellis: 27pts, 5ast, 5reb
Morrow: 12-20, 11reb, 4ast
Tolliver 14pts, 11reb
Those are some solid numbers for a team who has no motivation, no good coaching, and nothing to play for. We almost beat the mavs who are legit contenders and we could of beat them if jason terry didnt go back to his atlanta days. We dont need maggette, even though he puts up some huge numbers here and there, his play slows us down, doesnt get our young guys going. When maggette starts playing, he tries to score 20plus points every night and doesnt get anyone else involved and other players dont get a rythym going. Thats why last year Crawford didnt put up numbers like he does with the Hawks this year. Maggette slows down the whole game and lets the other team rest while he takes his 18,000 freethrows every game. We cannot play small ball and run and gun offense when we give the other team so many breaks while maggette keeps going to the line.
So maggette, if you are reading this, demand a trade, we dont want you. You are a great player but you would be a great fit for a team like san antonio or houston. Like I told all my ex-gf's "Its not you, its me" ..."we need to see other people"
Curry enters 3-pt Conest...wha??
I dont know if I should be excited or confused of why Curry replaced Danilo Gallinario or whatever in the 3-pt contest in the 2010 All Star Weekend in Dallas. I mean I could see if draining those 3's late in games, but I can not really see him making more than 3-4 in a row.
He has attempted 182 and made 78 of them which is a 42% rate.
The thing is he does not really have a clutch 3 pt rate yet and I wouldnt be 100% sure I will give him the ball for the last 3 pt in a game. I would definitely choose Morrow over Curry for that, Heck I would Ellis over him too.
But putting him next to people like Peja, Ray Allen, Dirk, or even Jason terry...Curry might make himself look like a fool! He is a heck of player and makes those 3's when you want them....but I dont really see the stroke that most contestants in previous contests in him yet....and dont get me wrong, its coming!
What you guys think?
