The Diamindbacks lost their fifth straight game at Chase, the offense once again failing to score more than two runs. Wade Miley allowed three runs over seven innings, recovering from a three-run second.

Arizona wasted their chances to score, St Louis didn't, and that was the difference as the Cardinals beat the Diamondbacks 8-2 at Busch Stadium. Miguel Montero had a two-run homer for the visitors.

Wade Miley goes for his tenth win. Will his pitching fortunes continue? Unfortunately, the short answer is "No". The Brewers crushed the Diamondbacks 10-2 in Milwaukee, with Miley having his worst outing of the year.

Arizona starter Daniel Hudson was removed in the second inning due to an apparent elbow injury, and Atlanta took full advantage. The Braves cranked out a season-high 17 hits, and beat the Diamondbacks 9-1 in Turner Field.

Scheduled starter Joe Saunders was scratched at game time, but Josh Collmenter and the D-backs bullpen put together a victory, as the Diamondbacks beat the Cubs, 6-1. Jason Kubel had a two-run homer for Arizona.

The Dbacks continue their winning ways. There's great pitching and great hitting, with a grand-slam from Miguel Montero and another good start from Trevor Cahill. Aruzona won their fourth game in a row, beating Oakland 8-3 at Chase Field.

Good pitching and tons of wasted scoring opportunities in this edition of 2012 Diamondbacks. San Francisco came back to beat Arizona 3-1, but the D-backs should have buried them, given the number of earlier chances the team had.
