Lottery picks are quite obvious. Davis, Kidd-Gilchrist, Beal,Barnes,Drummond,Lillard,Waiters,robinson etc. It's not like finding a gem in second round.

He was seen as monster because of age, size & athleticism as well. Gerald Wallace was already peaked as hardcore,hustle player with limited skills and was going down.

They can wait a year or two. It was obvious for some coaches to lose their job in short amount of time. Del Negro, Avery, PJ etc. D'antoni will lose probably ..as well as Brooks.

He has good reputation in Lakers already. He is well with players. There are many players who knows and plays triangle offense etc. Also it's goddamn Lakers and they have Howard & Nash as well.

I'm not sure if Nets is best option for best coaches out there. Clippers are free, Lakers probably will be free next season, Thunder might be in next season etc.
