We need to stay away from Warner!!  He wants TOO much money, and says he can play for 2 more years.   Aren't we trying to build?  I think Warner would take away attention that is needed at the QB position.  He would solve next years season, that is pretty much it.  He wants somewhere between 12-16 Million.  That money can definitely spent smarter else where. I bet Brett Favre thought the same thing("I have 2 years left").  I hope we are just in it to mess with the Cardinals, make them raise the price on Warner.

I have something  else to think about in regards to Warner vs Cassel.

So everybody knows that Matt Cassel was traded to the Cheifs for almost nothing.  Matt Cassel was due to make I think about 14.6 Mill this year, and he was traded for a 2nd round pick, that's it.  So if we are thinking about Warner, we should have gone after Cassel first.  Pay him this year, then see how he plays and lock him up if you like half way through the season.  We lossed our chance, NO to Warner.  We could have "possibly had a franchise QB", who knows.  But with him could have come a high draft pick and new QB. 

If they don't have to give up that much, maybe think about Cutler.  We need to keep our 1st pick..
