It is sad to see what our Dubbs have become. For the first time in 15 years I have ZERO desire to watch this team. For the first time I have not had the burning desire to -Watch them, listento them or go to a game. For the first time I have ZERO desire to explain to my wife how much potential they have. For the first time can not defend this team.  I know this year I have been a BAD fan. But the only thing that will save this franchise in my opinion is:

1-Selling the team (Larry --PLEASE-PLEASE BUY THE TEAM!!!)

2- Fire Nelson (PLEASE -PLEASE BUY HIM OUT!!!) I could care less about him being the coach with most wins--What has he ever won??Zilch, ZERO, NADA.

3-Very sadly. Ellison must be traded. We have a guy who will be a great player--just not on this team(Very Sad). Maybe we can wrap him and Beans and get something that can team up with Curry.

4-This team must completely be blown up AGAIN. Thanks to the idiots in the front Office

5-Bring in a true GM and coach

Until the above is done. No one that we can call a star will come, why would they (unless it is for a boat load of money. We will continue to give bad contracts to players who at best are good players on great teams. There is no need to -name any players). I can't say I blame all the players that have come hear for the money. Not their fault we have idiots running the the organization.

At what point will the fans stand up and say enough is enough. We keep trying to convince ourselves that this is the year --year after year. We keep trying to convince ourselves that we have talent. We may have the rookie talent. But this alone will not make our beloved Dubbs win. We need a mix of rookies, veterans, and role players.

At what point will the Dubbs nation punish this front office? I know this is will not sit well with some of you--but if you hit them in the wallet (tickets) they will make the changes. At this point though attendance has dropped a little bit. It is still not enough for them to make the changes we all would like to see. Until this team shows any sign of life we are now in the Clipper category.  Please do not say if all were healthy, lets have our talented rookies develop--etc.... How many years have we been saying this??

For a decade and a half. All we say every year is:
-Rebuild
-Young talent
-Next year

We as fans deserve much more. There is no other arena that can claim they fill the arena like we do, with the teams we have had. We support our team every F***ing year. I go to over 30 games a year. Here and other towns.
Every year I say this is year we break through -not a championship a simple break through, we have something special. WTF it is going on!!!!

I know some will say I’m not a true fan. But I ’m a 35 yr old man that has always followed this team no matter what. But the no matter what has just run out.!! Not becuase I am not a fan, but becuase of the joke the front office has made of this franchise and us -the fans.  This will never get better and we are partially to blame why?
-The arena is always full-We fill it up
-After all it is a business-Ther front office as much as we complain, they are doing their job
They fill the seats-With our asses
-shirts, caps, shorts --We buy them
-etc..
-etc..

What is the motive for them to change (business is booming) is booming right, why, change? I do not want to hear some say they are in it "to win". BULLS***!!!! They have not proven me wrong in 15-16 years!!!!

Becuase if that was the fact (winning). They would have done it a long time ago. The only success they had, they could not build on it. I do not care for what reasons. They do not have the credibility or have any excuses, in my book they are just laughing to the bank .

What could possibly be the reason?  They have an excuse every year, every year.
-Players do not want to come here nor do they want to stay now 
-We are now --no doubt the worst runned franchised in the NBA!!!
- The most lauged at in the league
-Even the Clippers can deal for players.
-We can't get players even by over paying.
-Becuase we do not know how to give proper contracts--We have an idiot owner , we idiot puppets
-The only players that are coming here are the ones that are not going to make a difference and they are sooo overpaid, we can’t get rid of them(I do not think I need to mention them) . They know they are coming here for the money.

If we want to get this fixed----- do not go to the arena!!!
Let’s force them to continue to treat this as a propsperous business and make them:
-Fill the arena
-t\Treat this as a business or go out of business
-Fill seats--Get someone in teh front office that knows the game and can make teh right moves
-etc..
-etc..

Until we do this--We will not see teh playoffs in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNG time.

I will not stop watching them on TV, but I will not go to the arena until I see some improvement from the front office.

And by the way get rid of the entire staff, including Nellie. I do not care about his legacy. He has not brought us or any team a chapionship as a coach? Not that we had a team to do so, but they sure f***d up on the continued progress—He is good no doubt about it, but I see distruction all over again, soon

I as all of us am waiting the Ellis return. But lets BeReal, we are going nowhere and Ellis will not be our saver. I love Ellis but he will not be able to carry this team. We do not even know if he will be able to play the same.
Until the front office is fixed we are doomed. I see all the same crap happening over again. What a freaking nightmare. We need to make a few trades. Crawford was a nice trade, but we need a general and it is not Ellis. That is not his game, we need to start again, this year is shot and wasted and for those who think it is not you are a dreamer. Maybe Marbury as much as I hate to say it.
We need to clean house or we will be the same lame Warriors of 12 years all over again.  Let the young guns go at it and see what we got

AB and Turiaf are doing a good job
Jackson should be packaged and traded. His roll is a supporting roll not a leader. What he did when BD was here was great. Not was he is trying to do now. I like Jack but it is not he game and he cant be blamed.
Ellis hopefully returns to what he was, but again he is not a PG and we will get him off of his game and he will get tired of loosing and will ask for a trade sooner than later.
The point to my post is that something dramtica needs to happen and we can not expect a quick turnaround. If something is not done as much as I hate to say this. We will be once again the laughng stock of the NBA. This is something as a DUB fan is starting to pissme off. We have waited for so long, saw GREAT progress with the DUBS that beat teh Mavs and gave us hope. NOW WE ARE BEING DRAGGED DOWN AGAIN!!! Beacuse we have an IDIOT OWNER and a few PETS that think they know WTF is happening!!!

I would like to know where Mullin is?? He has had a few mishaps, but when he leaves we will regret it.
