Rich Franklin vs. Dan Henderson at UFC 103
Per the good old UFC.com
Their first bout split the mixed martial arts community, making it obvious that they needed more than 15 minutes to settle their score. On Saturday, September 19th, UFC superstars Dan Henderson and Rich Franklin will meet again in the main event of UFC 103 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, with Henderson looking to make it 2-0 over the former middleweight champ, and Franklin trying to even things up with the former two division PRIDE champion.
Really? Why the hell do we need to see this again? I'm guessing it's at 205, but if it's another catchweight fight, like Silva/Franklin...color me unimpressed.

Shane Carwin vs. Cain Velasquez at UFC 104
This Fan Post was promoted to the front page by Nick Thomas.
According to Shane Carwin's last 2 Twitter messages:
Looks like I'll be fighting October 24 in LA. Excited to know.
Oops I was not supposed to say anything. Got to get used to people watching me. No bout agreement yet. Looks like Cain and I if all goes.
Obviously, this is an extremely interesting matchup, and the winner could very well get a title shot. I'm sort of surprised they're matching them up this quickly, but at least no one can say the UFC is babying their up-and-coming heavyweights. My initial thoughts are that if Cain Velasquez (5-0) got dropped by Kongo, he's going to have massive trouble with Shane Carwin's (11-0) power.

Spike/UFC's Top 100 Fights
Spike TV will be airing a concept in July that will should be at least mildly interesting. It's going to be called "UFC's Ultimate 100", a 5-part series where they show clips from and talk about the top 100 UFC fights of all time. The fans are the ones who decide, and the polls open today on the site at Ultimate100.spike.com.
The voting process is pretty weak, but the show could end up being entertaining. My list of fights that I voted 10 (or "epic") for:
Forrest Griffin/Quinton Jackson, UFC 86
Goran Reljic/Wilson Gouveia, UFC 84
Chuck Liddell/Wanderlei Silva, UFC 79
Quinton Jackson/Dan Henderson, UFC 75
Tyson Griffin/Clay Guida, UFC 72
Scott Smith/Pete Sell, TUF 4 Finale
Diego Sanchez/Karo Parisyan, UFN 6
Sam Stout/Spencer Fisher, UFC 58
Rich Franklin/David Loiseau, UFC 58
Diego Sanchez/Nick Diaz, TUF 2 Finale
Matt Hughes/Frank Trigg 2, UFC 52
Forrest Griffin/Stephan Bonnar, TUF 1 Finale
Karo Parisyan/Nick Diaz, UFC 49
BJ Penn/Matt Hughes 1, UFC 46
Carlos Newton/Pat Miletich, UFC 31
Pedro Rizzo/Josh Barnett, UFC 30
What fights would you pick? Which fights should have made the cut? Which shouldn't have?

Kim Couture/Miesha Tate off, Irresponsible Reporting and WAMMA
Promoted from the FanPosts by KidNate.
Kim Couture is out of her fight against Miesha Tate on May 15th. Strikeforce didn't give a reason, but Miesha sure did (which she's since deleted from her MySpace), and it's pretty funny:
So Kim 'Sugar Free' Couture is pulling out of the fight supposedly cuz her and Randy are getting a divorce... I'm so pissed right now... Sugar Free my ass!!
The hilarity doesn't end there. Guess who's got the scoop on the Couture family fallout? The COO of WAMMA, Sam Caplan! You know, that guy who said he was taking a leave of absence from his website because of his WAMMA commitments? The guy who now works with a conglomeration of competitors to the UFC? Yes, that Sam:
It is uncertain whether Tate's claims are valid, however, sources have informed Five Ounces of Pain in recent weeks that the Coutures have been living separately as of late.
I think the funniest part of the whole thing is that, as stated on another recent fanpost, Sam is in Japan right now working on a co-promotional event between some WAMMA members. Do you see the problem here? A guy, in the middle of putting together a huge event involving multiple UFC competitors, is fanning the flames on the marital problems of one of the UFC's biggest stars? And a Strikeforce fighter with whom WAMMA has a relationship? And no one is talking about WHY he's writing this?
