It Has To Start With Dan

The fans have every right to boo and be pissed off with the front office for how they run the Washington Redskins. We don't have an NFL worthy front office and that is why we are in the rut that we are in as a team. The way the team is run and how we build the team needs to be changed before we can start to get this thing turned around. That has to start with Dan Snyder. He is not a football guy and he does not really know the game and how to go about building a football team. He does not need to be involved in getting players except to sign checks and that is it! He must get his nose out of it. He needs to hire a proven NFL GM and then step back and let him pick his own coach. Someone needs to show Dan how to play fantasy football. Then he can be the GM guru that he wants to be and Vinny can remain his right hand man. The change has to start with Dan!

You guys beat us all day and the final score looks good, but the game was never that close. I came on here last week and talked a little smack so I have to be a stand up guy and come back and face the music! You guys had the better team yesterday and outplayed us in all areas and that includes coaching. Good luck to you guys the rest of the way.

Steelers Win A Close Game

You guys are going to win this game over the Titans tomorrow. I see a good close hard fought battle, but the Steelers will prevail. I'm just glad to have real football back. I think you will be 3-0 when the Chargers come to town and that should be a great game! The 2 games with the Ravens are going to be what decides the division and both of those games are going to be just as physical as the Titans game tomorrow! Good luck Pittsburgh!

Don't Blame Woodson When Redskins Win

When the Washington Redskins come into New York and beat the New York Giants on Sunday are you guys going to be yelling it is because of Andre Woodson? Coach Coughlin has made this an issue when it really has no bearing on the outcome of the game. A football game is decided on the field by the players who are in uniform. It sounds to me if the Giants lose then it's going to be portrayed that it's because of the Skins signing Woodson. I expect a good hard fought game with the Redskins coming out on top 24-16!

Mike Rizzo's 1st Trade

I liked what Mike Rizzo did trading Milledge and Hanrahan for Morgan and Burnett. It's not earth shattering, but it was a good baseball move by the front office. A step in the right direction, I hope. I know they are attempting to trade Austin Kearns. I don't think they will find any takers. I would go ahead and release him. What would you do with him? Believe it or not, I have had some people tell me the team should keep him.

Get Rid Of Austin Kearns

The team needs to get rid of Austin Kearns. Trade him or demote him, anything other than playing him. I don't care if we have to bring up a kid from the minors. He is a nice guy, but has no bat whatsoever. The team is going nowhere so why keep playing him when you can play Willingham full time when he comes back. Getting rid of him will open up a roster spot to bring up a kid who you think has a future with the team and get him some seasoning. I don't agree that Manny Acta deserves to be fired. Maybe one day the front office will start acting like one!! All we can do is hope.

Brandon Marshall To Washington?

I would like to see the Redskins aquire him. I know all the WR's that we already, but only one of them is a legit NFL WR as of now. This kid Marshall is still very young, around 25 or so, but the biggest thing is he is proven in the NFL. He has back to back seasons of 100+ receptions, and he is 6'4 and will go up and get the football. If Jason Campbell is given enough weapons he will do fine. I would not mortgage the future to get him, but if it's reasonable then get him.
