They say mix with any of my "Favorite" beverage. I want to know if any one recommends a certain thing i should mix it with. I was thinking milk because its vanilla flavored(the portein) or water. Also, I workout in the morning( 6 o'clock) and i wanted to know if i should eat breakfast and take the protein or just take the protein alone. I usally eat a bowl of oatmeal before and after a workout, and also a orange after a workout. Is that alright? Please help me and thanks.

Suggs believes all three LB can stay

I've just read on the Baltimore Sun http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/football/bal-ravens25,0,5471747.story?track=rss that Terrell Suggs believes that all three Baltimore Ravens F.A. LB (Bart Scott, Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs) can stay with the team. T-sizzle stated that all three could stay with one another if they give Baltimore a "Home Discount". "We really don't want to play without one another because we've been playing together for so long," Suggs told Sirius NFL radio. If Bart Scott and, more importantly Ray Lewis, buy into this "Home Discount" thing, We could keep the whole unit together for at least another dominant year. We could also gain a little cap space by cutting C-mac and go after a CB or WR in free agency(or re-sign McAlister to a cheaper deal). What do you guys think?

Eagles Could Part ways with Lito Sheppard

I've just read on http://www.ffmastermind.com/quickbits.php#154086 that the Eagles may part ways with Former pro bowl Corner, Lito Sheppard. If Philly can resign CB Joselio Hanson to be their nickel, its a great chance that Philadelphia will cut ties with Lito. If this happens, it would be a great opportunity for Baltimore to sign one of the better DB's in the game.

Lito Sheppard was a 1st round pick(26th overall) in 2002. In 2004, he lead the philadelphia Eagles in interceptions earning his 1st pro bowl selection. In 2006, he again lead phiily with 6 picks and another pro bowl selection.

This would be a great signing for Baltimore if he becomes available. Not to long ago, this guy was consider one of the top 5 corners in the league. I believe if we get him here in Baltimore, he can re-achieve his probowl status. Not only would this help slove a problem we've have in baltimore for a while, but it could also free us up some cap space and we sign him and let C-mac go. I'd rather have them both but that is a very unlikely possibility.

Great run, but will Baltimore be back?

An amazing season has come to a end for the Baltimore Ravens after a tough lost to the Pittsburgh steelers. No one ever thought that the Ravens would make it this far after a 5-11 season(and a lost to the 1-15 dolphins) we had in 2007. We came into this season with a rookie head coach, rookie quaterback, questionable O-line and a aging(but still great) defense. Alot of so called experts were saying that this was a rebuilding year and that Baltimore may be in the running for the #1 pick. Now look at the Ravens, one game away from reaching the grand stage. Now here comes the question, can we do it again?

As we all know, Baltimore will be going into the offseason with 3 of our 4 LB under no contract. T-Sizzle, Bart Scott and the heart and soul of our D, Ray Lewis, will be hitting the market. The Ravens will most likely use the Franchise tag on one of these guys, but who. Alot of people believe it will be Ray Lewis. Ozzie would be crazy to let this guy go. He's coming off of one of his best season ever. Now, I know this is a contract year and players always seem to step it up, but when hasent he played his best? I also realize that Ray is going to be 34 years old, but he has yet to show a huge drop off in production yet. When it's all said and done, i think ray signs a nice size contract and finishes his career with B-more. Now, With Ray staying, It comes down to Bart and Suggs. I believe that Baltimore Will try to sign Terrell Suggs to a long term contract( 5-6 years) and moves on from Bart. One reason why this will happen is because the Ravens drafted a Linebacker in Tavaris Gooden who can do a great job replacing Bart. T-Good can learn from Ray Lewis and become the next great Baltimore LB. I expect a team like Cleveland to sign Scott where his production will most likely drop. Also, alot of people think Chris McAlister wont be back next season because of the realtionship with John Harbaugh. I personally believe this would be a terrible move. With Fabian Washington coming off a nice season and a opportunity to draft a young cornerback, Baltimore could turn a secondary that was a weakness in our defense into a strength. We also gotta look to find a replacement for Rex Ryan(who will sign a 4 year deal to coach the Jets).

Now, with the cap space we will have, do we go after a WR or do we wait to draft one. I think Baltimore should go after a guy like Chad Johnson in a trade. We all know that he wants out of cincy and I believe the Bengals are willing to trade him. Chad Johnson is still one of the best WR in the league, and with a new team and new surrounding, he could revamp his career in Baltimore, much like Randy Moss did in N.E., and help the development of Joe Flacco. We could also go after T.J. Whos-your-mama or maybe strike a trade with Zona and send a 2nd and 3rd rounder for Boldin. What do you guys think is going to happen this off season?

Ernie Wheelwright promoted to active roster

Ernie Wheelwright was signed from the pratice squad after the ravens placed Yanda and Gooden on IR today. I believe Wheelwright can be our own verison of the saints Marcus Colston. I looked at his combine records and they dont impress you at 1st glance. You then take a look at him and they recordings arent that bad for a guy his size.

He is 6'5, 215lbs. Runs a 4.50 40 yard dash and has a 36 inch vertical. He is also very strong being able to lift 215 pounds over 20 times. Hopfully this will give Flacco another target. He has a guy who he doesnt have to worry about throwing over his head because he will most likey go and get it. I really hope cam gets this kid involed in our offense soon because we can really use a big, tall possession receiver and red zone option.

As you can see, im pretty high on the guy. The only reason being is that this guy could help slove so many problems on offense. If he can come in and put up decent numbers this year, I wouldnt be surprise if we have a new star wideout next!

In other news, The cowboys strike a deal with the loins to trade for roy williams. The lions recieve the cowboys 1st, 3rd and 6th round picks i believe. We also signed over edgar jones form the pratice squad. He will play TE and also be a pass rusher on 3rd downs and what not. Chris chester will be moving back to guard.

It's bad enough that we got blown out by the colts, but now we lose one of our best offensive linemen. Chris chester will get the start this week at miami. I really hope Chris has become much better then he was last year. If not, Joe Flacco will be getting pressure right up the middle. Also, willie anderson also went down with a injury but his status is unkown. We really need some help now.

Rivalry Re-newed

Ravens and Titans. An old and bitter rivalry is re-newed once again. I can remeber some classic battles between these two. Tennessee would kill us in the regular season, but we all know what happened in the playoffs during the year 2000.
Now Jimmy, i do have a few question about the Titans. Are you guys better with vince young or collins? I know Kerry Collins has kept this team undefeated through 3 weeks, but Tennesse now face thier toughest task yet. They have to come in to our house and defeat a bitter Ravens team that know they should have won on monday. I really hope Kerry can move cause he is going to be blitz about every down.
My 2nd question is, Who's Defense do you think is better, the Ravens or Titans. We all know that they draw alot of similarities, but let's break them down.
DL: Tennesse may have the best D-line in the NFL right know, but baltimore isnt far behind. Albert Hansworth....how can i put this.....IS A BEAST! This guy is incredible. When i watch him, he reminds me of a Young Warren Sapp except bigger and better. When it's all said and done, Hansworth could be recognized as the best DT to ever play the game. The Ravens have their own verision of Albert in Haloti Ngata. He doesnt get sacks like Hansworth, but i dont think there is anyone better at clogging the middle and stuffing the run then Ngata. I also think that if Baltimore played a regular 4-3 defense, Ngata could and probly would put up Albert numbers. In terms of the overall d-line, i give the edge to the Titans.
LB: This is going to the Ravens. No other lineman is playing better then Hansworth right? Well no other LB is playing better then Ray Lewis right know. This guy is moving like he's 25 out there. Not only is he playing well, but he got all his players playing well. I hate it when people say the Ravens sould let Lewis go because he is old. He may be older but he damn sure anit playing old. To me, Ray Lewis is a G.O.A.T. if you dont know what the means, look it up.
DB: I though about giving this one up to the Titans. No other CB is playing better then courtland finnigan. Not only does he shutdown recievers and get ints, but he also returns them for TD's when he gets a chance. Know, im going to say this is a tie. The reason is, Tennesse fornt 4 is so good, they dont even have to blitz to get pressure. They just rush 4 and drop back 7 making it easier for the secondary. The Ravens defense consist of unique and complex blitz that leaves alot of one on one macth-ups. Baltimore corners have to make sur they cover thier man because there will not be alot of help over the top.
Overall: In terms of the whole Defense coming together, I gotta say Ravens. Defense is what Baltimore is known for and it will be like that for a while. Tennesse D is defeniately in the top 5, but it is still not as good as the Ravens.
Cant wait for sunday. This game should defeniately be a great one!(please list coment, thoughs, agreements/disagreements, question below)
