Hey guys... I have a few questions so I'm going to my expert panel :) Ok, everyone is talking about Roy Halladay getting traded. Why, if he's so good, would the Mets trade him? And why in the middle of a season? The whole trading thing doesn't make sense to me. My hubby told me that, once, some teams were playing a double-header and in between games some dude got traded and so the second game he played for the other team. Was he bullshitting me? Also, does Halladay WANT to be traded? Why?

Hey guys, got more wueations so I'm going to my "expert-panel al la phone(email){a}friend(s).... I got one of those vouchers did the mercury insurance quote thing.. cheesy but hey, free ticket or $$off better tickets... now we need some more freebies/discounts... (cut me some slack, we're buying a house and im saving pennies lol). So, are there any other free/discounted promo tickets out there or some website you can sign on for anything like that? Mei-Ling (our daughter) is only 4 so she cant join the jr dodgers... any ideas? anyone? thanks!

wow, that's pretty damn good for one game right? that was a fun one to watch... and "my boy" started it off right... hubby came home and our 4yr old daughter is dancing around saying "andre! andre!" lol hubby pointed out that the camerals shouldnt watch manny after he homers in a hostile crowd because it was clearly visible him (saying to the fans) F--- you! kinda funny but probably not a real classy way to handle it:)

so, overall, how did kemp do as far as all star voting? i voted like a million times for him... what about the guy from the angels? did the west coast get anyone else in there? does manny get to play in that home run derby? how long does matt's contract run? ethier's? will they extend manny's contract again? what about weaver? sorry for all the questions, im still learning about these players and stuff...

umpire woes

Hey guys.... I know broxton had a bad day last week, but am I the only one who thought the ump tried to give the game to the padres? it didnt matter what he threw, the ump called EVERYTHING a ball....I got some more dodger gear... our 4yr old now has dodger p.j.s and mommy is wearing #55 today... :) and did you all vote for andre for that pepsi clutch player of the month? how come we have the best record but hardly anyone on the all-starts? hubby says it's because the papers/news etc are big fans of the east coast teams...?

I only recently got into baseball when i married a dodger fanatic... this past month i have learned alot and one thing i have to say is: TRADE MANNY!!! i love the dodgers now, and they are a TEAM. it's not just the manny show... they really dont need him to win all the time.. and andre has really stepped up... get rid of manny, he detracts from the team... besides, pierre is doing awesome and deserves to play!
