I haven't seen an official RBR Bowl Pick'em so here is one we can all join. Seriously what is the fun in watching half the bowl games unless you picked one team or bet on a team.

This is a confidence point pick'em. So pick the winner then the number of points you wanna risk on the game.

I believe in miracles and snow in alabama in December is a great sign that something amazing is going to happen within 24 hours. I believe in Saban and I believe in a early xmas miracle!!!! The Tide can roll to victory. I believe and so should you!!!!! Bama can do this. I am sick of the negative vibes. I think Teboners time is up and it is for him to cry because of a loss not because he loves his coach so much. It is time for teboner to suffer in disappointment. Let's go Tide.

It is that time and now I must bring up the ultimate embarrassing admissions: I was a gator fan when I was a kid. From age 11 to about 16 I was a diehard gator fan. Partly to be different then the rest of my friends who all pulled for Alabama. I never pulled for Auburn or Tennessee and have always hated them.  

I remember being such a big gator fan that my dad took me down to the cowpatch to watch to watch Florida play at Auburn. I will never forget me being upset knowing that the gators had lost the game (1989 AU won 10-7) and this old lady sitting next to me seeing I was not happy offered me her Auburn shaker thinking it would cheer me up. I gave her a death stare then she saw my orange hat said gators on it and I replied no thanks. I will never forget the next year when the gators crushed AU 40-7 in the Swamp.

  The other factor that made me a gator fan was my favorite granddad died in 1989 and he taught at the University of Florida Medical school among all his other accomplishments including being in the CIA and speaking 8 different languages. I always admired him and never really got to know him with him living so far away. After his death I decided in my mind to honor him by pulling for the gators.  

I always pulled for the Tide also but the gators were my team. Once I turned 16 and could drive to games in Tuscaloosa and at the old grey lady, I left the gators in my past and have been just a Tider since. I never have wavered in my hate for Auburn or Tennessee. There is no love left for the gators and I loathe Teboner.  

So lets go Tide and beat those dang gators Saturday!!!   Please continue the embarrassing admissions we need these for this win.

I loathe UT but Auburn is a close second. What do you think the tide will do? Will Ingram get the 73 yards he needs to set the Bama season record for rushing? Will Javy get the 105 Punt Return yards he needs for the Sec Record and/or the 162 he needs for the NCAA record? How many sacks will Bama get? Will tate cry when he realizes he isnt the best rb in the state? How many yards will bama rack up against the porous barn D? Will bama's D prevent Auburn from getting in the Endzone again?

I can't believe they are going to two 15 yard penalties so they can wear that ugly orange. They will still lose. Good grief I hate kiffinkins and UT so much I hope we destroy them in their dog ugly orange uniforms.

F@ck you Rocky top go to hell tennessee!

I know, I know the bama game was on at the same time, but in between commercials I was flipping and checking in on the vatech/gatech game and the au/ky game. Near the end of the game when Kentucky was driving for the winning score, I noticed the stands were half empty? Auburn still had 3 minutes left to drive to tie or win the game but half the fans had went home.

Now I am not 100% on this so that is why I am asking if anyone else noticed this. I mean I remember the god awful Shula years but we still sold out games and had waiting lists to get season tickets and Auburn cant even sell out all their games this season and fans are leaving at the end of the game. Just sad.

This has been driving me nuts. I just recently started reading this blog in the Spring for recruitment news. I am now addicted to it. RBR is by far one of the best Bama blogs I have seen. But I have no idea why the count down clock is ticking down to September 6 2009 12:00am midnight. I guess it is a technical error. I can't believe I waited this long to  write about it. I was just curious, why does the countdown going to midnight? and does this bother anyone else?

I am not a spelling or grammar nazi or anything maybe just a little OCD. I just  want to know if I am the only one who noticed this or the only one that cares.

Really it is no big deal but since it is kinda a slow Bama news day I thought I would Post about it.
