An Aussie who has been following the NBA/NFL since 1991 and got the trading card bug for a couple of years in the '90s (still have 'em all!). Never really followed a specific team until Andrew Bogut was drafted by the Bucks, so naturally adopted them as 'my' NBA team. Always preferred underdogs in small markets...perfect fit!
Always hungry for NBA news (starved of it on Oz mainstream media) and love on-line NBA blogs/news.

Well, I'm officially ticked off with the whole lockout and it's associated complete lack of tangible NBA/Bucks news. I've been suffering from major non-post-itis the last few weeks and have decided to compile a brief breakdown of Andrew Bogut's current foray into potentially signing with an Australian NBL side. As Jacob dug up this old Captain Jack 'Bad Guy' poster from last season, I decided to welcome SJax to the Bucks with a revised post-trade upgrade. Note the (inconspicuous & hopeful!) editing of the byline :)
Anyway, now that that's done, does anyone else get the feeling that Jax may have already sealed his early exit fate from the Bucks with his public contract extension demands? If the lockout creates a complete cancellation of the '11-'12 season, may we never see Cap'n Jack in a Bucks uni?

Best Bucks Photoshop?

Around the 2010 Draft, I began developing another string to my creative bow (alright, my FIRST string in my bow!) when I began fooling around with 'Bucks Superheroes' ideas and photo imaging software. It has been an awesome journey for me since, and I feel it really helped me to connect with BrewHoop and it's numerous posters.
Anyway, to help me prepare for next season ( I anticipate another season of new materiel to base my ideas on), I 've gone through all of my artwork from the season (didn't realise I'd done so many!) and have selected my 4 favourites from the season. I'd be interested to find out which was your 'Number 1', followed by any comments as to why.

Another Bad guy for the Superheroes to defeat - This time, 'The Birdman'. Congrats to Frank for coming up with the 'It's all about the beak' slogan! (admittedly, he was the only entry, but hey!)
The Milwaukee Superheroes have a brand new foe - 'The Three Amigos!' .....Boooooo!
By day, he is mild mannered NBA coach and family man, Scott Skiles...by night, he transforms into the insane...MR FURIOUS!!! (and makes Ben Stiller's character of the same name look decidedly a lot like Ben Stiller)
Bucks Super Heroes - Andrew Bogut is Bionicle (in reference to his new right arm!), 'Ten' Gallon, The Shotburglar, Ersanator7, The Great Hammondo, Young Buck and Hobgoblin.

I hope you guys are enjoying these little creative bursts as much as I am creating them!
Anyhow, what 'magical' moves do you envision/dream/fantasize/have nightmares about Hammond waving his magic wand for this coming season? I was waiting for a blockbuster on draft night involving some or all of our picks, along with Maggette and/or Redd, but am still waiting for that one to happen...

Talking about Cartoon Characters from the Sanders thread \, comes this first draft. Stay tuned for their adventures against such Super-Villains as 'The Birdman', 'Nightmare', 'Vinsanity', 'Captain Jack', 'Kryptonate', 'The AK47', 'Agent Zero' and 'King James - AKA The Bronze Baron'. I can envision a whole series of 'better made' cartoon stories over the course of their careers.
This is my first attempt at doing anything like this, so it's pretty average. Anyone willing to improve, go ahead!
