Where is everyone sitting, staying, playing?
We are sitting in section 20, row 15, we won't know seat numbers until the tickets arrive. I am going with my dad, my brother, and my grandfather and are staying at the Sheraton 4 points near LAX. We really have no idea as to party plans yet, and we are all ready to party. I am interested to know if anyone is sitting or staying close. I don't have any friends in LA to party with, but those of you here at RBR are the best friends I have never met and maybe LA is the place to do that, hopefully in pre and post celebratory fashion.

Great Fans
I spent the weekend in Atlanta engaging in countless exchanges with Tech fans, and I noticed each one of them were passionate about college football and even more fanatical about their Hokies. Because of the great experience with VT fans in ATL, I will always pull for Tech as long as it doesn't negatively affect Bama of course. Your fans were not only 3 times as loud as ours, but were great sportsmen to boot, even after the game. Good luck the rest of the season and I look forward to playing you guys again...soon. Hold your heads high, you have a fantastic fanbase and a great program to be proud of. RTR!

CROOM RESIGNS
FROM THE SUN HERALD IN GULFPORT, MS
Football coach Sylvester Croom is out at Mississippi State, according to radio and television reports.
Reports say the fifth-year coach resigned after Friday's 45-0 loss to Ole Miss in Oxford.
Croom steadfastly refused to comment on his status, saying only that "We'll take a look at that when we get back."
<!-- CLOSE: #story_body_top -->Mississippi State appears to have a successor in mind. Tommy Bowden, who resigned from Clemson mid-season, also coached at Tulane. Bowden left Clemson in October.

but I desperately need a scoreboard shot from the LSU game for my background. I have an LSU fan across the hall, enough said. Thanks

Athens to be a little more "Electric"?
With last nights loss at the lips hands of the Beavers, USC is likely to drop out of the top 10, thus removing the road block in Georgia's NC journey, and even Bama's longshot for that matter. What impact do you think it will have on Saturday's game, if any? I know that it was already a huge game for both teams, however, I think the stage is growing. One would think playtime is over as the stakes just got a little higher. I am not suggesting a change in gameplan, only a change in psyche for both teams. Just wanted your thoughts, I am confident that we are going to see the best of the Tide and the Dawgs, and just hope it is not a demoralizing loss to either team.
