Heard/read so much about all the other picks, but haven't seen much about Gabe Miller. Maybe I missed it... So what is the word on him? Looks like he will play LB? some sites show him as a DE, but with his size that doesn't seem likely.

Who would the Raiders rather see in the Playoffs?
If/When the Raiders lose this coming up week (against Indy) and they are officially out of the playoffs. With them coming to town the next week, who do you think they would rather see in the playoffs? Chiefs or Chargers? Obviously they just won't lay down against us, but do you think they may bring it down a notch just to make sure that the Chargers don't have a chance to get in?
Is it me or do the coaches need to use the johny-on-the-spot drill again? It seems like the last two games there have been quit a few drops.
I do have to say, thank god we didn't do the whole "lose 2 in a row" thing.
Living in the St Louis area, been listening to sports talk like always and the media been talking a lot of shit about the Chiefs, Chiefs Fans, and KC. I am tired of it. The Chiefs better go out and beat the crap out of the Rams. Sorry just had to get that off my chest.

This has probably been asked already, but with the recent "non-handshake", it brought up some emotions of how much I hate the Broncos. I just really dislike everything about them. Back to Elway, Shanahan, Sharpe, and now McDaniels. Don't get me wrong, I definitely dislike the Raiders and the Chargers, but there is just something about the Broncos. With the Raiders, it is a really fun rivalry and the Chargers there just isn't the bad blood as there is with the Raiders and Broncos.
So AP, with the "non-handshake" at Mile High, the OT lose in Oakland, and the Chargers having Phillip Rivers, which divisional team to you hate/dislike the most and why?

Football Trip to Baltimore

My buddies and I make an annual football trip to a different team each year, and this year it is Baltimore. So I was wondering if the fine people at the beatdown can give us some advice for the weekend. Since we really won't be able to tailgate, what should we do before the game? As far as the Inner Harbor and Fells Point, what are a few can't miss bars and places to eat? Any input would be great. Thanks

With the NFL announcing that the final games of the season will all be divisional games. Who do you think with be the Chiefs final oppenent of the season and where? I figured with all the guessing leading up to the draft, lets have a little change of pace and do some predicting on the up coming schedule. Since Denver always seems to be on our schedule at the end of the year, I think we will play the Broncos at Denver and the NFL will give a cake walk to the Chargers and have them play at home against the Raiders.
McShay finally talking sense
On Mike and Mike this morning, McShay finally said something intelligent. Something on the lines that Bulaga isn't worth a 5th overall pick. Maybe he is finally understanding.
Can Gerald McCoy play NT?
Wierd things happen draft day. What if McCoy some how drops to the Chiefs (I know, unlikely with Detroit and Tampa, but you never know) So, does AP nation think he can play NT, or is he a 4-3 DT?
In regards to the Draft.
Assuming we all lose this weekend, does anyone know who gets the third pick in the draft? Us or the Bucs?

Then - 3 weeks ago. Chiefs get the win of the year, by defeating the defending champs - The Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs finally turned the corner, and wow they are going to win at least 6 games this year (including one against the Broncos). Things are finally coming together.
Now -We lost 3 in a row, 2 blow outs and a lost to the Bills. Things do not seem that much better compared to the beginning of the year and the Steelers victory doesn't seem as satisfying either (They are in the middle of a 5 game losing streak, including the Raiders and Browns) And the only reason we won't have the 1st pick in the draft is because there are 4 other teams that are just horrendous. And now I keep asking myself can we even beat the Browns?
So what has happened? Living in Illinois, I don't get to see the games, so what are the major problems. When watching the games, what is most glaring? what is the biggest holes?
I don't want to be negative, but this is getting frustrating.
The 3rd preseason game should be the Governor's Cup!!
If this game is suppose to mean something, play it when the starters play the most.
