Justin Hartwig perhaps?
According to This Story on profootballtalk.com (By way of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette), first rounder Maurkice Pouncy has taken the starting center job from incumbent Justin Hartwig.
With the lack of depth on our own O-Line, particularly on the interior, does it make sense to try and reach an agreement to send a low-round pick to the Steelers for a former starter that Pittsburgh may not want to pay $2 million dollars to while he rides the pine? Again, I'm purely speculating (esp. because I'm not sure if Hartwig is also comfortable manning a guard spot), but it could be an avenue to providing depth at a much needed position. I figured I'd put this question out there to the many bloggers on here that have a great deal more knowledge than I.
Reading The Coverage
Hey all, me and two of my buddies started a little football blog. We're hoping to cover as much as we can from college on through to the NFL. Just thought I'd put the link up and maybe some people will check it out if you've got a little free time. Thanks
Classic video of Werder getting punked
Saw this clip on youtube earlier today, and I felt I needed to share it with everyone. This guy seems like the collective voice of this blog put in human form. I guess if ESPN wants to get personal, Cowboy Nation has found one its lieutenents. God bless you, Cowboy Chris, whoever you are. Anytime I can watch a Cowboys win and follow it up with something like this, how can it be anything but a good day?

Columbo Extension
Just saw this at RotoWorld, the Cowboys and Marc Columbo have agreed to a four year extension. This solidifies our line until 2010, with all starters locked up until at least then.
I think this is a great move, because while he isn't the best athlete, or most technically sound guy on our line, it's Columbo that consistently brings the fire and energy to the unit. It's also good news because we don't exactly have any world-beaters competing for time behind the starters.
