Windy City Gridiron Bears dominate dubious top 10 list

Link

Barely edging out the Cardinals on the Jimmy Johnson scale.

5. Curtis Enis, RB, Chicago Bears, 1998

Like Blair Thomas, Ki-Jana Carter and D.J. Dozier before him, Enis kept up the grand tradition of Penn State running back busts. In three seasons with the Bears, Enis rushed for 1,500 yards and four touchdowns. He joins fellow 1998 top-five picks Leaf and Wadsworth on our list.

Honorable mention: Trev Alberts (1994), Mike Junkin (1987)

8. David Terrell, WR, Chicago Bears, 2001

If Terrell was half as good as he thought he was, he'd still be in the NFL instead of flaming out after burning bridges and dropping passes during his five NFL seasons.

Honorable mention: None

Does this shock anyone?

Windy City Gridiron Steve Sabol names the greatest players in NFL history, in his opinion.

Steve Sabol gives us his opinion of the top NFL players in history in various categories. While risking accusations of Bear favoratism, he speaks the truth in naming three iconic Bears in three of the most important categories. Recognizing his expertise as someone who pored over all gamefilms for 48 years composing the highlight and historical reels that made the NFL what it is today, I doubt that many here at WCG would argue with his picks.

Yes, it's the legendary 1985 Bears making history is SB XX. If you're too young to have seen it do yourself a favor. Take a look at the team destroy the New England Patriots and understand why those of us who've followed the team for a long time hold them in such awe. Make sure you have your DVR set and get together a crowd to watch the most memorable team in Bear History.
