U.S. Army All-American Cecil Whiteside will be visitiing Boulder this weekend. Whiteside is a rated by both Scout and Rivals, Inc. as a four-star LB who can play both inside or outside. He is rated as high as #4 at his position in the country and rated as high #36 in the country overall. He is currently a soft commit to California. This could be the fuel that gets the Buffaloes recruiting going.
