The offseason roster added nine players and Shipley wasn't one of them. Is that the last of AQ Stump?

Behind the Steel Curtain Keenan Lewis<Trae Williams

Keenan Lewis has seemingly been in Tomlin's doghouse this year. He may be injured and he may not be good enough, but he certainly is not seen as a solution to a oft-criticized secondary. He is now on the IR, and has been replaced by Trae Williams.

Scouting reports depict Trae as an undersized corner but a legitimate play-maker. He tied a school record for interceptions playing opposite Mike Jenkins in South Florida. He is faster than Keenan and less physical. I love the pick-up and he wasn't good enough for the Seahawks secondary, but I am excited to see what he can do.

Anyone else a fan of this? Or terribly disappointed?

Behind the Steel Curtain Sweed and Warren done for the year

Self-explanatory, but here is my source:

http://nflfromthesidelines.blogspot.com/2009/12/sweed-warren-done-for-year.html

I have heard Tyler Grisham has great hands and it looks like that will be put to the test.

If verified, I think this gives us a lot to talk about.

I think Sweed is going to be back on the squad next year, but Grisham has a chance to take his job. If Grisham performs, it would take a miracle for Sweed to earn another shot.

Poll
Has Limas Sweed caught his last pass as a Steeler?
Yes. We have three great receivers and Sweed will face stiff competition for the fourth spot

No. He has too much potential and the Steelers will make room for him

Behind the Steel Curtain A link to a fantastic analysis of the Browns' sacks

http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2009/12/15/between-the-lines-steelers-o-line-left-confused-by-the-browns/

If you are like me, you have been getting so hungry for Steeler news that you might actually be looking at potential draft picks. I stumbled upon this while rocketing through the usual: twitter.com/jimwexell, nflfromthesidelines.blogspot.com, pit.scout.com, postgameheroes.com, and, of course Behind the Steel Curtain.

Outside of these sites, nfl.fanhouse.com usually has rumors without much meat to it. This was special because it had real substance and insight.

Much love and keep the faith Steeler fans,

Zac Smith

Bj-raji

BJ Raji reportedly failed a drug test at the Combine. Will the Steelers get to trade down for a legitimate 3-4 NT? Will they still need to?
