Here are the options as discussed in a previous post for Ian Stewart’s official nickname as sanction by Purple Row. Remember, the idea of this little experiment is to see if we can get a nickname to spread from PR to the general Rockies fanbase.

After you vote for Seth Smith and Ian Stewart, let’s get started on nickname suggestions for the next two Rockies to receive nicknames from Purple Row: Dexter Fowler and Ryan Spilborghs.

I've compiled a list for the potential nicknames for Seth Smith based on the discussions that Row-bots had in a previous post. I was planning on adding two polls to this post so we could all vote on Seth Smith and Ian Stewart, but it appears I can add only one poll to the post. I'll add another FanPost with the poll for Ian Stewart and to get the discussion started on the next two nicknames.

So here's the idea: Let's rundown some of our favorite playes on the 2009 Rockies and give them some good 'ol official Purple Row nicknames. After we decide on an official nickname, then it's every Row-bot's mission to see if we can get our nicknames to spread into the mainstream Rockies fanbase. If we can get Drew Goodman, George Fraizer, Jeff Huson, Jeff Kingery, or Jack Corrigan to use one of our nicknames we can call this little experiment a success.
