Greg Oden is back, I think we last saw him this way somewhere in his senior season in high school.

The Blazers are Back - I heard best start in a decade? Touche. All this after half the bandwagon fell off after only 6 games.

First of all, sorry to repost this but when I posted it the other night I couldn't get ALL OF MY GREAT PICS uploaded because photobucket  was down.

Andy and Adam sit in Row A in Memphis - A Recap- We won, I flew 2,300 miles to visit a friend who had moved here for Nike and had not had a friend come out and visit him. I (like LetsBlaze met up with Travis' uncles at BB kings bar after the game. They even bought me and my friend Adam (aka 503rd) a Biere!

When we arrived at the arena we walked down to our seats (Adam was able to buy row A seats for $80!) and made sure the local camera guy saw where we were sitting! Then I yelled at Mike and Mike and made sure they knew where we were sitting and Barrett promised he would get us on tv. Rice was impressed I flew that far just for the game and I was impressed he is still alive and kicking (he looks much older up close and personal)

I am going to include the original post below so the fine folks who already commented on this post get the recognition they so rightfully deserve!

Well I have finally made it to the Good Life. Starting a new business. Collecting Un-Employment. And of course, taking a week long trip to Memphis to hang out with my good friend from Oregon, Adam the 503rd. This was my first Blazer game away from the comfort of the Rose Garden. 2,300 miles later I was sitting in the best seats I had ever sat in, in an arena that must of had at LEAST 1,000 people there!

Seriously though, THIS WAS THE MOST FUN I HAVE EVER HAD AT A GAME! Partly because we won. Well mostly because we won, but the fact that this gorgeous arena couldn’t even manage to scrap together 1/4 attendance meant that our tickets (that would cost $150+ in Portland) cost only $80! As we walked down to our seats we saw a bunch of Travis Outlaws family waving around Giant signs so we knew we would not be the only PTB fans in the house. Being as this was my first away game i expected some of the opposing fans to be lewd and rude, but I didn’t not expect to be the victim of mulitple hate crimes. The first was when they asked me if I wanted to participate in an on-court skit at the end of the quarter. I was so excited, I walked down the visitors tunnel and then then their version of Todd Bosma (the guy who arranges these activities at the Rose Garden) told me they had decided NOT to let me do the skit, and they were going to dress up a Grizzlies fan in a Blazer jersey instead. I was hurt, but he offered me a free Grizzlie T-Shirt for me trouble. Joy! It might of have been better off because the skit involved putting a blindfold on, letting them wrap you up in double sided tape, and then they swept away the $1 bills they had laid out on the ground and let the poor sap roll around trying to collect imaginary money. The second was due to that dastard Grizzlie Bear. He pulled a ‘blaze the trailcat’ and sprayed silly string all up in my mouth and hair, oh they joy again, but at least the ENTIRE arena was watching this Blazer fan represent this site in my custom signed Blazersedge shirt!

Then there was a game as well I think.

According to their website, LeMarcus was killing it (yes, they misspelled his name), then Joel dunks, then I start focusing on trying to get a date with the realy cute Red Headed Grizzlie girl, she smiled at me alot, I think she really likes me.

At half time, we got us some more Adult beverages so we could continue to be loud and obnoxious to all the Griz fans in attendance, all 17 of them.

My words don’t do this game justice, so allow me to say what words cannot, and show you some pictures.

All in all, it was an amazing night, made all the more special by the fact we now have a winning season, AND we found a tattoo parlor right down the street from the Forum, that also serves Burgers and Beer.

the low attendance

was obvious on TV, how sad, reminds me of the Pacers problems post a few days ago (can’t remember who put it up). That is sad stuff. I kept thinking: “Man if this was in Portland those seats would all be full….” I was starting to think our team only played good in front of big crowds, feeding off the energy – so it was nice to see them kick it in an empty arena.

With all of Outlaw’s family there, it turned into Rose Garden East. Which wasn’t a bad thing. The Blazers played a beautiful game and it sounds like you had an awesome time! Wish I could have been there.

Tonight was a special night, thanks to the Blazers and all the staff at the spot we went to, Can we say it was Big Al's? for providing me and my brother with memories, and juice. Oh wow did we drink a lot of juice.

It was sweet! I got to high five LaMarcus, Brandon, Travis, ! I got my shirt signed by none other than THEE Wild One Mike Rice! I played some pool with some Blazers staffer, shot some shuffleboard with this cute Blazer fan from Seattle, and, AND, have some great shots of Ben's manlove J. Bayless playing some INTENSE "Rock Band" with some lucky kids. Oh yes, he prefers to play drums compared to guitar. If you look closely at a lot of these photo's you can see me awkwardly standing in the background trying to "Hang Out" with the guys.

Then I saw it, big girl vs. BlazerDancer on Dance Dance Revolution. This tops hanging out with the players.

I was at the Rose Garden tonight and I knew Brandon was having a game. I just didn't know he would have Thee game of his young career.  

My lady points up at the score board. It's still the third quarter and Brandon Roy has 35 points. As some of you might of have heard he went on to score 52 points in our victory over Shaq-Fuul and the Suns. It was the most points I have ever been able to witness scored live, and it was by far the Quietest 52 points ever. I can only recall a few plays where Mr. Roy did so much as a fist pump. So, can you recall some player scoring so many points with this little of hoopla? I don't think so.

Back to the junk.

So I got my first present to put under my tree today. I want to open it so bad, but I won't the wait only helps to build the excitement. It feels like those old tins with bandaids in them.

I went to Winco late last night and stocked up on supplies assuming I would wake up with 3 inches of snow on the ground and have had work canceled. Neither came true. Oh how I hate thee weather man.

s/ We were going to do a gift exchange at work till my looser boss suggested we donate to charity. Now I don't get my worthless white elephant I have always wanted.

My mom brought me lunch today. I love my mom. I'm not trading her for anything. What are you getting your mom for Christmas?

Oh, and Didn't Dave mention he wanted the junk drawer to become the trade drawer? So talk trades if you want, I can't think of any good one's. Wait...

The Spanish Triple Armada!?I WANT JOSE CALDERON! I am willing to trade, Blaze the Trailcat, and I'll toss in a free headband.

So I finally got my tree up a few minutes ago.

I decorated it with some multi-colored lights and some nice red metal globe things my mom got me for my 6 ft Noble Fir. She even gave me 5 boxes of random assorted Christmas decorations! The festivities will now include snow globes, Stockings to hang by the fire, and of course, a bunch of puffy white snowmen to adorn every random nooks and crannie.

It usually takes me a while to warm up to the Holidays for some reason. But to think it's only 8 days till the man in the red suit brings me that new Blackberry Bold i want. Oh and Santa, please for the sake of hypothermia can I also get some insulation for my house! I so desperately want, or perhaps, need it pumped into my walls and all over my attic immediately, as in, it's getting cold here in Portland hopefully preparing for a White Christmas. How cold? It's in the Teen's outside (hey for Portland that's cold!) and inside My house it was 55 degree's this morning! I can't even afford to run the furnace at night. You have to love Suburbia. They sure did build them well in 1970, but they didn't insulate for squat.

I played basketball in the snow for at least 3 hours yesterday. I only say it was this long because the neighbor kids mom's called them inside after an hour or so, and my roommate and I dueled it out in front of our house for another hour or so. The sun was down and the game was still on. As Brandon Roy says, shooting with gloves on is hard, and try as I might attempting to win the game on desperation 3's, I came up just short.

As is the lesson to be learned people.

Always stay properly hydrated when exercising outdoors in winter.

I'm listening to that new Death Cab song Cath. It's good...Or....Great....
I probably should be cleaning right now. It is the weekend, and I have been doing alot of, well, not cleaning. Last night was the Ozomotli show at the Crystal Ballroom. I love that place, at one point we were on jumping, and it felt like we were walking on air, so dreamy...It was hot, dang hot, and I'll be a lying sweaty pig if I didn't say I sweated, like a pig. A dancing pig if you will. (Do dancing pigs sweat?) They played the songs that make the world go round and the round asses go up and down. I had to choice but to let the music take me over, take over me, and take me to a sweaty place you can't find anywhere else. Squished into a place near the front of the stage, Cutting a rug, shaking my grove thang, Ok forget I said that last line. The Mary and Andy adventures took a random night to see the best band to dance to I have ever been to, 4 times. Even Chali 2na came with the band so they could sing their old songs from the first album I got of theirs, and they could play "Super Bowl Sunday" which is a particular song I like to bob my head and shake my face to.
Afterwards we decided to go clubbing, as usual. If you know me you know I am a big clubber, mostly golf clubs and club sandwiches, but hey, I like to try to new things so let's check out a dance club. We met some friends at the infamous hole in the wall, The Tube! Don't let the name scare you, because it did scare me away for a while, remind yourself this in the the gay-club part of town, but yeah, the drinks are cheap and although there was a cover, and it's extremely small, and it was smoking, and some of the music was suspect, it was, eh, all right. We met this couple from Brooklyn while waiting in line, they had just got in last night and say the line was smaller then the one across the street with the $10 cover to they thought they would check it out, they loved it, actually they wanted to meet back up there tonight and booze boogie. I wonder why? I think because Mary and his girl made him a manwich for a few songs, very nice. I even danced with a few strange ladies, until they saw my moves, in which case they shimmied away to a more crowded part of the room.
So what else do you want to hear about? My house? Can we talk about something else instead? No, ok, well, the cats still crap in my fireplace. I have been doing a little bit of manual labor. The house work has been coming and going in waves. Some months I do a little, perhaps a ripple, other months, the Monsoons come and I actually get something done. The problem is the Blazers season started and now I only have a few days of the week in which to focus my energy elsewhere, and then there's Blazers Courtside Monday Night so that kind of ruins the first day of the week, I don't know, I did get the gutters cleaned the other day, and I finally played Joe the Plumber and went to home depot to rent a snake drill, cleaned that baby out real good and deep, and then bam, she runs like a track star. I need to tile my upstairs bathroom STAT, and work on getting another roommate lined up because Musonda moves out at the end of this month.
Well, what I am really thinking about is tonight. Blazers versus the T-Wolves baby.
We have already had two home games, tonight is the third. Opening night, well, amazing astounding and awe insipiring! We met up with some bellow BEdgers at McFaddens and got a little pre funky. Then we got to witness history, and it still feels like a dream. The Spurs Schmurs. Welcome to the New Kids on the Block club. For our second course we were witness to the most amazing finish to a game EVER. Ever, Ever, Ever, google it, or go to Blazersedge.com to read about it. I don't have the time to write about all the points scored in the last 1.9 seconds, 8....Let's just say Brandon roy has Andy-like basketball skills, maybe, just maybe, a little better.
Let's just say tonight has a lot to live up to. We should destroy the Timberwolves of Minnesota...And the night is fast approaching
I suppose I should get to work on cleaning now......

So, Hopefully this is the LEAST commented-most rec'd Junky Drawer in the history of Junk. But I have some important things to say, for starters, I have the internet now, It's really amazing, basically you can jump on this thing Al Gore invented anytime you want and travel to anywhere in the world and look up anything or anyone you want. Second of all, it's Sunday, the day of rest, and I didn't get much sleep because my new tenant had his girl and their baby were over last night and I was woken up to the sweet sweet sounds of crying baby! Whooo freaking whoo! So if you have ever seen had one, seen one, or been annoyed by one, rec this, and comment, and tell me about them, they trick or treated? did they save me all the butterfingers? I love those chocolately cruchy buttery flanges.

More things, does anyone here think left over cold pizza is better then it was the night before? I do.

Who else HATES raking leaves. I am thinking about getting fake grass so I don't have to cut it, and fake tree's, so I don't have to pay someone to rake for me...

I need to add new shelves and closets to my new downstairs addition, does anyone else think they are more of a handy-andy-man more then they actually are they are sometimes?

I can name at least two ladies on this site who have large high school like crushes on some of our new Trailblazers. I don't know if this belongs in the fan post section but it needs to be discussed. How does the sex appeal of our players affect interest from the female fans of the team? 

This could be just a fling. It is probably just a passing phase right? I mean from what I can garner both of these girls are serious Trailblazer fans regardless of whether or not our roster is loaded with pretty boys such as Bayless Face, Rudy Too Pretty and Nick the Slick. But the question still needs to be asked;

DOES BEING A PRETTY BOY HELP YOUR TEAM SELL TICKETS?

Two Questions:Who is our biggest asset in the looks department? And will his sheer cuteness cause you to watch one more game, buy one more jersey, etc, etc.

To all those of you fine BEdger's who think I know what I'm talking about, I do not. My roommate left me OLD PASSES from last years Fanfest on my kitchen table and I thought (turns out she found them when she was cleaning out her room) they were for this year but alas, they were not, so I gave all you fine people wrong information, please forgive me, of if you won't, I understand. (does ANYONE really know when the fanfest is!?!?!?)

I HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED THE FANFEST is, when I said it was originally, oh who cares no one even reads this part of Trail Mix.

Really? Nobody has junk drawer this morning? Come on people! So what did you do this weekend? I got a little note from my roommate this morning reminding me that the Annual Blazer's Fan Fest (the best time to see the players for free) will be Friday October 3rd at 5pm at the Rose Garden. I hope to see you all there! In other news about my weekend. I wanted to go to the beach with friend Mary this weekend. Let's just say yesterday was an adventure. On the way to the beach we got stuck in this 2 hour long traffic jam, we just drove in circles looking for a side road till it got clear, but when we got to the spot we were climbing, neakamie mt., things went better and we hiked for a few hours till we got to that view you see in postcards looking over the crashing waves a thousand feet below. Then we walked down to short sands beach and watched some guys surf for an hour while the sun set in the background. Then on the way back there was this whole 1-1/2 traffic delay of fifteen miles of cars stopping and going, and there was NO ACCIDENT! Just a bunch of idiot driver's going slow. Then we almost ran out of gas cause of the stupid slow traffic and had to back track 10 miles to get more gas. Then when we finally got back into town we got some happy hour and played some darts so it all worked.

I think this is a worthy topic for a fan post don't you Dave? Ike Diogu could be the dark knight of this Blazer's team this year but no one is talking about him. NO ONE! Except me, and you fine BEdger's who know a little about this mystery man. Which one of you watched him in college? I can't honestly say I did. Who remember's any games when he was healthy and playing in the NBA? Not Me (I heard there were not a lot) And most importantly, what do you think his impact is going to be on this team? Especially at the beginning of the season as Channing heals his ankle boo boo.

I saw a couple of his dunks on you tube. That's nasty stuff. But I need more info!

People. Animals. Lend me your ears, and rears, cause we are talking about seating here in this fanpost. Where are you sitting this year? Yeah you! Did you upgrade your season tickets like I did? Oh you don't have season tickets? That's fine, last year I had to beg people to come to games with me a few times, this year I have Blazers Edge, I will no doubt be giving out tickets for games where I can not find a hot date. But this post is not about last year, this is about the New Year.

The Beginning of the End, the End of the Beginning.

Which brings me to Opening Night. A certain annoynomous casual Blazers fan and I will be dressed up in Halloween Costumes (I'm gonna be Bill S.) will be attending this glorious day and testing out my new seats. I now sit up in the top half of the Rose Garden (it is still called that right?) with the rest of the Blazermaniac's in Section 324. I am wondering who else sits up there with me, or close to me, or far away I don't care, I just want to know the names (or screen names) all of my New Friends and plan some wicked pre-game dinners or Post-Game-Victory-Parties (there will be at least 41, we are going un-defeated at home this year)!

So where do you sit? Or are you looking to get tickets but don't know a good section? Are you considering a half season deal-o or a ten game pack and just want to sit with some fun super-fans? My friends Section 324 is the place to be! Don't listen to this guy with the screen name Section323, he is just jealous, we all know 324 is where the majic happens. (323, I'm totally kidding, I am jealous, your sitting closer then me!)

So if you sit in 324, please hit me up, 325? Give me a holler too, but you lower bowl people with your Plasma TV's and your manicured french poodles, Can I have your tickets when your out of town?

Will this be the last year the Blazers play Home Games in the now called "Rose Garden"? The topic of the naming rights of our fair arena has gone forgotten like the names of MIA prisoners of war from the first Gulf Conflict (think the Bush before this current poor excuse for a plant). I however, like an elephant, never forget. RIP the Rose Garden. For at some point this year we will be attending games in the "Insert Sponsor Here" Garden. (We can only hope they keep the Rose Garden name and just add some sponsor's name up front)

The point of this Post: What will your fondest memories of the "Rose Garden" be? And do you have any memories that you would like to create before the last of the un-sponsored area's legacy becomes a corporate public relations tool? Think about it, with all the GREAT things happening to the Blazer's right now, business' must be doing back flips to buy our naming rights. The longer the Blazers hold out on selling those rights and continue to improve their on the court games the higher the asking price will be. Good for them. Bad for the little guy. I like attending games at one of the only professional venue's without some corporate sponsor's name attached to it. But does it really even matter what the name of your arena is? Sure the once legendary "Boston Garden" is now some called some name of a conglomerate face-piece, but it didn't stop KG and company from filling that place up and adding another banner to the rafters.

Hey Paul; I got five on it. As in I would be willing to pay $5 to Mr. Allen out of my own pocket to keep the Rose Garden, THEE Rose Garden forever.

I am sure he would be ecstatic to have such wealth.

Here is what I remember from last year:

First of all, when I won the "Blazermaniac Section Captain Contest" my heart just about spontaneously combusted. I loved having 3 tickets to every home game (the one ticket I won in the lower bowl plus my 2 nose-bleed tickets made it hard for my guests and I to sit together but we managed to sit together most games, expect of course when we started selling out home games!) That feat alone (selling out all the games at the end of the season) goes up there with the best of my memories!

I remember beating LA twice last year at home! How does that apple taste Kobe? I started the BEAT LA chant, 20,000 of my friends helped me finish it.

I recall Martell having the quarter of a career, can he do that for a whole game?

I met some nice gals, said hello to the Schonz and got my t-shirt signed.

I would call into the radio shows after wins, I would cry-in after losses. And please keep the post-game show at Schonley's place and I promise to bring more legal-drinking-age ladies.

I liked trying to sneak in a pint of wild turkey, getting caught but not kicked out, after all, I am Blazermaniac Andy!

I really liked walking across the Steele bridge after another win on our 13 game streak! Oh what a streak it was. I am still holding me breath (I got lung power!) from that last shot in game 10 when Travis Outlaw blocked Linas' 3 point shot at the end of regulation. Goosebumps are still prevalent when I reminisce.

Times I Could Forget:

I could forget those somber stroll's across said metal bridge when a loosing night had been at hand. (I.E. potential 14 game winning streak)

I would like to deprive any thoughts of Lebron, enough said.

But all in all, I wouldn't change a thing. It was the perfect year the only thing that could of have made it better would of have been to see Greg play, at least one minute please!

Looking forward to:

Opening Night! For starters I got a HOT date. I am talking drop dead gorgeous, and with her by my side our combined Blazer's passion will result in us beating San Antonio in the home opener.

I want to see Greg Oden tear a rim off the back board. Wrap it up like a pretzel, sprinkle a little salt on top and give it to Paul Allen as a souvenir of the days BEFORE the Blazer's won 15 championship's in a row.

The Playoff's: This is the year we make our triumphant return to the post season. I would be willing to bet my $5 on it.

I didn't sleep well last night. Woke up in a cold sweat a few times. Wringed out my wet shirt and put on a clean one. What had just happened? I got a phone call from a close friend, "Are you sitting down she asked?"....Another 'Knee' injury? NO!? NOOOOOOO!?!? How severe is it?! WHY!?!? How long will he be out!?!? WHY!?!? The curse of the Bowie returns! But I shouldn't be so pessimistic, think good thoughts Andy and it will all work out, Right, RIGHT!?!?!?!

Did anyone else see the graphic they put on TV talking about the expected line up for the Olympics in 2012? I couldn't help but notice two names that you might recognize, Greg Oden and Brandon Roy. The announcers we're talking about how the US only has one true center in Dwight Howard and Greg and can't wait to see how Oden responds to Micro-fracture surgery this next year.

Obviously Blazermaniac has been infected with Fernandez fever causing a FAN-tastic conidtion known only as Summer-WhenthehelldowegettoseearealNBAgameagain-Itis. I have been so busy at work I have only had a chance to see a few of Rudy's highlights and read only a little of Dave's reviews, but this much I am sure of, four years ago NOBODY was talking about the Blazer's at the Olympics.

Now it seems, we have as many players in the news as anyone else. You feel the same way?

People of Blazers Edge, I need your help and opinions!

It is your good friend (or best enemy depending on how you look at it) Blazermaniac Andy. Let me tell you a little story on how I was bestowed this sacred name-sake to help you understand where I am coming from. And then, I have a VERY important question I need your help answering.

In the beginning there was nothing, and then, a big fat baby boy. (That would be me, 9 pounds and alot of OZ's). Born somewhere up north (we won't speak the name of that silly town of Edmonds ever again, in a state up I-5 who no longer has any pro-basketball to speak of) he and his single mother soon left the comfort of married life and moved back in with her parents in Portland to enjoy being single and needy. Needless to say the young man was a Sonic transplanted into the heart of Blazermania at a time (1985 ish?) when the Blazers where still thinking back to winning a Championship less then a decade before. The hey day of Blazermania was on the horizon and the basketball bug had bitten me had. Never haven been gifted with the physical traits to play any sort of serious ball, I soon began to notice Pinwheels popping up all over the city and realized my greatest contribution to this epidemic of red and black could be to be a true life-long fan. This Blazer-fan Andy was born.

My favorite memory is of the Blazers coming to Chehalem Elementary and playing "Bust-a-Bucket" over load speakers as we laps ran for charity. Thus began the ground level construction process on the tower of a man that would one day become Blazermaniac Andy.

Upon my mothers second marriage we were forced to move our city self's to the rural town of Dufur. Don't laugh. 500 people = sprawling urban metropolis. I can recall many games were only available with Brian Wheeler's booming voice crackling over AM radio waves, which to this day is sometimes how I prefer to enjoy the event.

And then the 2000's came. And went. (no seriously, I want my 18 year old body back beer!)

Picture this, I am 18, working for the man. Sitting in his truck while on the clock at work, listening to the Blazers collapse in the 4th quarter against Los A. (Los A**Holes!) I still wake in a cold sweat sometimes and think of "what could of been" if we hadn't let that 15 point 4th quarter lead evaporate.

Moving on, and growing up. As our team got progressively worse, I became more and more of a rabid fan. I don't know why, but there was something about rooting for the underdog that I love. Perhaps because I myself had all this hype to succeed early in life, and then sort of squandered oh, half a decade, before I finally figured out how to live like a grown-up man-child.

Then the Jailblazers started making it real hard to stay a loyal fan. I had daily hit to the ribs from my once loyal friends/fans. "Did you see what Z-Bo did last night!?" "Hey Andy, isn't that your tin-foil Damon is trying to get through a metal detector?!" However dark the sky's got, I did not waiver in my fan-dom. In fact, once I got my first "Big Boy" sales job, bought my house, and started to have some "expendable income" the first thing I did was go out and buy season tickets.

Which brings me to my current dilemma (thank you VERY much for sticking with me if you managed to make it this far). Should I upgrade my season tickets again? I mean even MORE of an upgrade.

When I first got my season tickets 3 or so year ago they were only half season tickets. That lasted about 2 games and then I realized that I HAD to have 4 full season tickets. That lasted till I went broke and then I realized 2 would do just fine. And those two just happened to suck, but hey, it is what it is. So this year I went to the select-a-seat event and paid an additional $1000 to move 10 rows down and ten seats over. Now I am on the end of a row, and there is no one in front of me. Sweet.

But it just won't be the same as last year.

You see last year, Blazermaniac Andy was truly born.

There was a contest the Blazers held just before the season. "Blazermaniac Section Captain Try-Outs" was a contest where fans who thought they were "Blazermaniac" enough to call themselves "Section Captains" were encouraged to come down to the practice facility and give a 90 second skit on why they should be voted in. Having just got off work, I thought a suit and tie wasn't the best attire to prove my fan hood, so I ran to my mom's house, tore through my old room and found all the ugliest but rarest Blazers gear I could find. This included short shorts (think old NBA shorts, on the whitest thigh's ever!) A huge overs-sized jacket (so you thought I was a flasher), socks, underwear (kidding, we all know I don't wear any), an old hate, and of course my Blazers "Bling". Anything with the Pinwheel on it!

I was nervous, but I am a big thespian, so I went through my lines (at light speed) said my thank you's (vote for me! I need good tickets people!) and it was over.

A few weeks later I get the call, "you have been selected to be a Section Captain!". I can't tell you how excited I was! So, in addition to my 2 season tickets I normally purchase I now had one good seat in Sec 225! Row c seat 7! So every game last year I would bring two friends (or more) to the game, and try to sneak them into my section (which was alot easier at the beginning of the year then the end), and if I couldn't get them in, I would send them to the nosebleed section and enjoy the game from my low perch with the rest of Blazermaniac Section 225.

At the end of the season I asked the rest of the section if they wanted me to come back, i got a resounding YES. I inquired to the Blazers about if they were going to Re-Up the Section Captains tickets? Not for me they weren't. John (the guy with the Fro and painted face) got his renewed, but alas I did not.

SO MY QUESTION IS: Should I be content with my good-quality 300 level tickets that cost me around $2000? Or Should I be trying my hardest to get back to Sec 225 and pay upwards of $41 per seat per game ($1681 per season ticket) and get back to where I belong, in the lower bowl.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!?! I don't know if I can afford the lower bowl, but I am having nightmares of my nose bleeding every time I go to a game! I mean, I climb mountains, but that upper bowl does something to my lungs!

Your opinions please my fellow fans,

Run the Bank dry for great seats? Or save a little for playoff tickets (oh yes, we are making the playoff's) and keep my upper bowl tics for now?
