Hello everyone. BlazerChronicles will have a new blog up tomorrow on PhilSteele.com but until then I wanted to share some of the new scoreboard pics with you. Hopefully they will have the board finished by Friday. The guys working on it are scheduled to go home on Saturday morning. When I was there tonight, they were about to put the Berry photo up.

Blazer Chronicles Covers Big Orange Warm Up

Hello Vol Fans. I went to the Big Orange Warm Up and More last night at Thompson Bolling Arena and have posted a report on the Tennessee Fan Page Blog Site at Phil Steele.com. I also operate the Blazer Chronicles website which does video blogs and creates YouTube video/slide shows about Tennessee Athletics. I also took some pictures of the new Vol Tron, that I wanted to share. I can't wait for the season to start, how about you guys?

Well here are my uniform submissions. When I started to think about changes I decided that if Kiffin were going to make changes, he would probably seek to take a slap at someone with the changes, and who better than Al Davis? I decided to steal the silver and black of the Raiders and fold it into the home uniforms. The helmet changes on the home uniform and I added numbers to the sleeves so that Kiffin would have an "out" when Davis tries to sue him for using the colors of the Raiders. The helemt has both a silver and a black stripe on either side of the orange stripe. It's hard to see that in these pics.

For the away uniforms I kept the traditional helmet and added checkerboards to the pants. I did throw some black into them, if for no other reason, than to improve the visability of the numbers and names. I also believe there should be more orange in the away jerseys, so I added the orange shoulders. I added white stripes to the ends of the sleeves.

I hope that you all like these. I also hope the pictures stay up. I used tinypic to upload them because I didn't know how to do it any other way. This is my first time posting on here.
