We trade our first to Buffalo for a 2nd and 3rd. End up with Corey Wooten, Morgan Burnett, Vladimir Ducasse, Brandon Spikes, and Carlton Mitchell.

Forgetting the obvious constraints that the ownership/financial situation would cause, does anyone else find it difficult to see Lackey coming back to Texas? It seems he has a pretty substantial dislike for the Rangers and some of their current players. I don't know, I just keep hearing all this speculation that it's "such a good fit cause he's from Texas" but I would just be surprised considering his history with the Rangers.

But if we offered the most money I'm sure all that history would just be a distant memory and we'd hear press conference full of quotes..."He's just a competitor" and "He's on our side now, we're not thinking about the past"....

Either way, just wanted to get people's thoughts on the reality of this happening and if it would cause a stir in the clubhouse (especially if our clubhouse leader Byrd is gone...)

If given the opportunity would you rather have Colby Rasmus (minus the players it would take to get him), Austin Jackson (same as Rasmus), or Julio Borbon? Just wondering his value (on this site) in comparison to those other elite-tier CF prospects...
