Tailgating at the Linc

I assume some of you have tailgated at Lincoln Financial Field before. Any advice for the first timers here? What are the tailgating rules? What time do they open up the lots? What is the overall atmosphere like? Anything else we all should know? I can't wait for this. Who all is going to be there? Any interesting tailgate ideas? This last sentence is only to get this to 75 words because nobody reads FanShots.

Ditto off team
Jon Ditto is off the team. Not a huge shock. He was a highly recruited TE, but later shifted to LB and buried in the depth chart.

I'm not going to post a link because I'd rather not drive traffic there, but College Football News has us going to both the Orange Bowl and the Sugar Bowl this year. We've got Alabama in the Sugar Bowl and Virginia Tech in the Orange Bowl. As CFN is a high quality and well edited site, I'm sure this is not a mistake. It'll be difficult playing two games so close together, and I'm not sure if I can afford to travel to two bowls. I'm impressed that CFN thinks so highly of Penn State that they think we'll be the first team ever to accept two bowl invites.

PSU top ten all time QBs (according to Nittany Network)
Since there's really not much else to talk about, Nittany Network posted the top ten PSU quarterbacks. Sadly, after the top few guys, the list is pretty weak. Also, does this guy really think that QB14 deserves an honorary mention? Not only that, but no mention of Clark anywhere. I guess 2 mediocre mistake filled years beat out one very good year.

Tom Dienhart's late April Fools Day joke
Tom Dienhart posted his ranking of Big Ten coaches today and apparently Kirk Ferentz is the best coach in the conference with RichRod shortly after. This is pretty funny, but he missed April Fools Day by almost a week.
