I posted this in RB's thread today, but thought I'd put it here, too. Nice review by Jack Moore of the worst relief outings in the last few years. At least we aren't #1!

This is kind of interesting. I would not have thought there would be any significant mechanical differences between right handers and left handers, but perhaps so.

Has anybody read this? It's an Insider article, so I don't have full access. I found a link on the Yahoo Sports blog about it and was interested in finding out the whole story. Apparently Dave Cameron makes a case that Utley is more valuable than Pujols (despite WAR's of 7.6 and 8.4, respectively) due to several other factors. Just wondering if any of you guys have a subscription and could comment on this article. Thanks.
