I am a Youth Pastor who loves Jesus, my wife & family and the Denver Broncos. I have been a Bronco fan since 1996. I played high school football for the Kalaheo Mustangs (we also were blue and orange) so I felt that it was appropriate to cheer on the Broncos. My wife is a crazy Bronco fan. I also have a toddler, daughter who has a ton of Bronco items. As a family we represent the Broncos here in Hawaii...BIG TIME!!!

Phonz 411 Wanted
Okay, I'm stuck in my office at the moment because I have every key on my keychain, except for my truck key. I lost it, don't ask me how. My wife is at a baby shower, so I'll have to wait for awhile for my ride home. While waiting, I do what I normally do during down time...I check MHR. I find that Alphonso Smith is signed...AWESOME...I was hoping for more signed players, but oh well.
My wife is taking longer to arrive than originally expected, so my mind started to wander. I began to question what WR's did Phonz line up against in the ACC? How was the outcome on those 1-1 matchups? Then another question arose...Did Phonz ever cover Royal with Cheese? (I remember #4 from VTech schooling every DB) If so, who won those battles? I'm sorry if these questions were asked before. Hopefully some of you have some juicy answers. My wife is here, gotta run. Thank you for your time!
GO BRONCOS!!!

Michael Silver's Take on the Mile High Drama.
I hope that when JC meets with McD there will be at least a common ground built upon respect. They're both young and fairly successful in the NFL. They both need to learn that HUMILITY will go a long way. Anyway, here's the story:

Teams With Notable Cap Space
Howzit going everyone. What an exciting time it is. Free Agency begins at Midnight and the draft is coming soon. Who will the Broncos Sign? Who will they draft? Indeed (as someone noted) tomorrow morning will be like waking up on Christmas day, to see what surprises lie before us. With that said, I saw an article by Adam Shefter regarding the amount of cap space that especially the Bucs have. My questions are: How will we fare in Free Agency? We do have quite a bit of cap space. We do have an awesome offense with unlimited potential. Could we draw some key components this way? Is Denver a much more intriguing place than the other cities, ie. TB, KC, PHI, GB, etc.?
Anyway here is the 411...

Broncos Give Bates Permission to Talk to...Raiders?!?
Okay...I know that not everyone (myself included) are very fond of PFT. I don't know how true this is. I wonder if/how this will affect Jay Cutler. I for one believe that McDaniel's and Bates will have a hard time co-existing. What are your thoughts? Would love to hear from all you "Akamai" Bronco Fans!

Josh Barrett???
I know that a bunch of you are really high on Safety Josh Barrett, as I am. He seems to have size, incredible speed and quickness and can hit hard...so I've read. I know that he's on the practice squad. But, does anyone know why??? I think that Barrett and Lowry would make a good tandem. Not great but good. Last week Manuel and McCree seemed to be having a lot of trouble with both, the run and the pass. Does anyone have answers? Mahalo!

Tatum Bell Fumbles Rudi Johnson's Bag!
I just saw this story on profootballtalk.com. If true, this is one of the funniest stories I have heard in a long time! Enjoy!
A strange thing happened to running back Rudi Johnson when he visited with the Detroit Lions on Monday.
Someone stole his stuff.
Seriously.
Specifically, and as we’re told by a reliable source (i.e., not the person who told Mort that Joey Harrington had agreed to terms with the Ravens on Monday, or the person who told John Clayton that Todd Bouman had agreed to terms with the Ravens on Tuesday), Johnson left his bags outside CEO Matt Millen’s office while he met with team officials and, ultimately, worked out a deal with the team.
So when Johnson came back to get his bags, they were nowhere to be found. Johnson and Millen were stumped.
Enter the eye in the sky.
The team checked the videotapes generated by the team’s in-house surveillance system, and they quickly identified the culprit.
So who might it have been? None other than Tatum Bell, who lost his gig with the Lions after Rudi arrived.
Per the source, Bell took the bags to the house of a female acquaintance. When confronted on the matter, Bell offered up some cockamamie story that he thought the bags belonged to someone he knew. The girl, however, said that she hadn’t seen Bell in several months and he showed up out of the blue and asked her to keep the bags for a while.
Johnson has retrieved the bags, and it’s our understanding that charges won’t be pressed.
Tatum apparently didn’t know that he was being monitored.
Fortunately, the displaced running back wasn’t Najeh Davenport.
