Heard this earlier on Myer and Hartman. My knowledge of law proceedings is limited, but I guess this means he has to appear in court and anything that comes out in the course of the trial would be fodder for the NCAA investigation.

I am not a Budinger fan, but what happens here is just wrong. The Houston player was ejected but you can see towards the end of the video he was getting high fives from his teammates. Stay classy, Houston.
