Ok im pretty upset about the game last night and I thought that by creating this thread it might make me feel better! I dont have any neat links or great stats to throw out at you but I do have some exp. playing & coaching.

I like to win! The Bulls they want to win too! That makes sense right! Of course it does but please for the love of god not at the expense of destroying or young bigs again. Did we learn nothing from Skiles and Boylan?

Tyrus and Noah need to have 1-18 nights and fouling out very early in games and making bad defensive decisions and not running every play. Why? Because thats how you learn! Thats how you become a better player.

Aaron Gray is not the future, he's a potential back up center the rest of his career. Thats it! Aaron Gray is great in small (very small) doses and thats it. He fouls at a very high rate, he's way to slow to defend the hoop. If anything VDN switch up TT and Gray from Offensive to Defensive possesions. I wont be to hard on Aaron because its not his fault. He gives 110% every time he plays and I respect that.

Drew Gooden sucks! He plays the best turn style defense ever! The guy is a total sive (spelling), a leaky faucet. He sucks defensively. I cant stand watching him play. Yah sure he can crank up deep 2 pointers and hit probably 5-10 in a game but is that really what we need? He's probably gone after this year anyways. What is with him cranking up all those jumpers? Most importantly what is with that defense?

Look this season shouldnt be about winning every game. Im not saying they shouldnt try and win every game but it shouldnt come at the expense of making the other players better.  It should be about the development of the players and thats what VDN said it was about before the games counted. Which we all know now that he was just giving us lip service. He didnt mean it.

Larry Hughes ZERO assists? How is that even possible? Well he doesnt pass the ball. If he does its because he picked up his dribble and needs a bail out like every other Millionare.  

Ben Gordon is a great player I love to wach him stroke it (best shooter on the Bulls by far) I think of all the Bulls he could end up being the one that fits best with D Rose but man he sure seems to be playing for himself so far early this season. He's shown flashes of brilliance with some good sound basketball (even his defense)but man does he revert back to old money hungry Ben alot..Its pretty sad IMO too because i think if he would just play second fiddle Ben, humble Ben he would be so much better and be worth so much more.

VDN! What a liar! What a farce! What a chump. Interior defense has been brutal this whole trip, this whole season really and what does he do? Leaves his best shot blocker on the bench for the entire second half? I know TT has issues but even when he's being a dumb ass he's still our best defender. Sadly if you guys remember last year right after we traded Big Ben we played Denver at the UC and TT had IMO his best game of his career. Doesnt even run his starting center back out into the game. When he was clearly causing the Nuggets some problems with his energy and rebounding.

He over plays Noc way to much. Noc, Gray, Hughes, Hunter all need to be played in small economic portions. You can only go to the well so many times. DId he think Aaron was gonna keep getting and1's the rest of the game? Did he think he was playing lock down D? Give me a break? Wake up VINNY DEL NEGRO! Seriously did he run Hunter BG and Rose for a good portion there in the second half? That should be illegal.

Seriously what is with starting Hughes at the 3, if anything the chucker should be starting. Another example of a coach in way over his head. Coaches who dont know wtf they're doing tend to go with veterans and that is exactly what he's doing. Btw  i never supported hiring as a coach for the Bulls. Huge mistake...

If that Portland game didnt count than this one should either!!

I just want to see the young guys play Noah, Tyrus, Thabo, D Rose Thats it! Thats why I watch. I dont watch to see Larry Hughes jack up 15-20 shots a game and dish out zero assists. I dont watch to see our Center jack up 20 footers. I dont watch to see BG make that crucial mistake late in the game while handling the ball ( which he seems to do alot) I dont watch to see Noc chucking shots, playing space cadet defense, and just plain sucking on defense, complaining about EVERY single call against him. Thats not what its about.

This is a year to develope to see who fits and who doesnt. This is a year to see TT blossom and Noah to figure it out. Sadly its not. This year is all about winning at all costs. We shouldve just kept Boylan and Skiles then.

Im not seeing that from VDN, Paxson or anyone. If managment and ownership have no commitment then the players wont either.

Just saw this out there. Trying to confirm it. [confirmed. -ed.] Looks like Skiles got himself a new guy. I doubt they still draft Joe Alexander if this is true. I also wonder if this means M Redd is going or staying. Cant wait for tonight. Has anyone else seen any reports of this trade going down? So i guess the trade is Bobby Simmons and Yi for R Jefferson.

I'm sure alot of you have read it or know of him. I'm not going to lie he's my favorite Bulls player on the roster. Noah comes in a close second. The reason i'm posting this Diary is because I'm at a total loss how this kid has gone from possibly the next big thing to a mere after thought on a dismal Bulls team.

I was bored here at work so i went to tyrus's website www.tyrusthomas24.com and watched some of his videos. Man this kid lit the gym up. Now i realize better than most he also makes a lot of mistakes while he's on the court but you can not for one second dismiss the good plays he makes as well. He is by far the most exciting, athletic player on the Bulls. He is by far the closest player we have to having superstar talent. Isnt that what makes a guy a superstar? Having that it factor?

Last year Tyrus was a rookie and saw limited action but also made a difference. He was earning his playing time, going through the whole rookie thing. What was the teams record last season when he played 15 plus minutes? It was pretty good. I always wanted more watching him. I wanted more playing time for him, more plays ran for him. Once the season ended i knew PJB was gone and thought it was pretty much a given TT would be our starting PF. What happened? Why does this franchise insist on killing this kids confidence, taking away his PT, treating him so unfairly? Is he that bad of a kid? Is he un-coachable? Is he stupid? I dont think any of those things are true. I think its the franchise and most definitely the COACHES. If any of you get a chance go to his site and watch some of his videos. It will make you feel good. I cant find the link but i read today but i think it was in the tribune ask SS or something. Someone has written in and said why not trade TT to SA for some D league guy and salary cap relief? If we loose this kid it's gonna hurt and IMO its gonna hurt worse than Elton Brand and Tyson Chandler.
