According to the Baltimore Sun, the Ravens' leading receiver is retiring after 12 years in the pros.  Coming so soon after his longtime teammate Steve McNair's funeral, I wonder if perhaps McNair's death had a really profound impact on Mason's desire to play.  Either way, the Ravens offense just took a major, major blow.  Looks like its time for Mark Clayton and Demetrius Williams to step it up, or Joe Flacco's sophmore season might not be everything we've been hoping it will be!
