Davis added, "This is something I've worked on since I was able to understand what it might be like to one day play in the major leagues."<br /><br />Davis, who also attended Navarro College continued by saying, "I have an early morning flight from here in Oklahoma City to Houston, and honestly---it hasn't sunk in yet, and probably won't until I put that uniform on Thursday night."<br /><br />Davis also mentioned he has numerous members of his family who will be in Houston on Thursday night, and he said, "I'm very lucky, very blessed, and I'm really looking forward to these next few days."<br /><br />Davis became a member of the Rangers franchise in 2006 after being selected during the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft.<br /><br />Smoaky</p>
