Very Big Homestand!

I know a lot of you think this team has no chance of making the postseason or even coming close. I for one am on the other side of that argument. I am obviously not happy with the way things have gone to date, but also think they have played about as bad as they can play and still are treading water. With that being said however, it's time to put up or shut up!!
This Homestand is huge! With the Mets, Astros and Pirates coming to town it's time to make a statement against teams we definately should beat! I honestly think we should and will win 6-8 of 9 on this homestand. Meaning we will not lose a series and possibly sweep one or two.
What do you think guys? Am I drinking the Kool-Aid? This team is about to breakout at home and make it happen! You gotta believe! GO CUBS GO

I know a lot of you could care less about Matt Murton and success he had overseas this past season, but for those of you who like to follow him and others successes this is a very nice article on him...read and enjoy! I for one always liked him and glad he is doing well!

Theriot to the Rockies?
So with Tulo out for what appears to be 6-8 weeks Dan O'Dowd is on record saying that he is going to be looking for middle infield help. Mentioned in the above article as well as in one I read in the Denver Post Theriot amonst a host of others is metioned as a possiblitly.
So what have you gang? If they are in fact interested, who if anyone in the Rox system would you be interested in?

It's funny how rumors get started, here is a link to one that Buster Olney more than likely made up. I can't see any possible circumstance at this point why the Cardinals would do this deal! Anyways, thought I would be a good conversation starter!

Hey guys, was just curious if you remember these t-shirts they used to sell outside the stadium. I used to own one from when I went to some games back in the late 80's/early 90's. Do you know if they still sell time somewhere? Been looking for awhile now and can't find them anywhere. Thanks for your help in advance.

Ricketts at Spring Training
Nice write up on his feelings to date about what it has been like to be the owner of the Chicago Cubs. Along with that what he has noticed about the fans passion and loyalty, the players and conditioning and the coaches and how hard they work.
I'm getting pumped guys, this is gonna be a fun summer!
