Dear Diary,

Well, things have been kind of slow around here lately.
So I thought I would put this goofy Diary on here and spice things up!
Me, my brother and my dad always ask each other who would win in a fight? so why not do it here!

Ok this is simple, post some fights you would like to see between Baseball Players, GM`s(lol), Baseball commentators(LOL), Managers and say who you think would win!
Make sure to state your reason you think they would win.. feel free to disagree!

So who would win in a fight?

1.Joe Buck vs. Matt Vasgersian
Im leaning Buck to win this fight... Matt is just too wimpy...

2.Pujols vs. D-Lee
Albert is shorter but thicker I think Albert wins.. D-lee is a lot thinner..

3.Yadier Molina vs. Miguel Cabrera
This is a tough one they are both kind of overweight but I think Cabrera wins... not sure though..

4.Carlos Lee vs. Frank Thomas
This one is a toss up but I think Frank is stronger what do you guys think? im leaning Thomas..

5.A-Rod vs. Rolen
Rolen looks stronger I think he could over
power A-Rod..

Dear Diary,

When I thought about posting this Diary I knew a lot of people wouldn't like what I have to say.
But to tell you the truth I don't care, I believe it needs to be said.....

First of all I would say how disappointed I am about how a lot of you have acted the last few days...

What is Decency? well I looked it up in the dictionary to get an exact definition.

Decency: 1.The quality or condition of being decent; propriety of conduct and speech; proper behavior, modesty, courtesy.

There are quite a few people on this blog who need to learn the Art of Decency. Is it really so hard to act like a decent human-being? I don't think it is....
If you only have vindictive and  mean-spirited things to say I beg you please refrain from posting them... It will make blogging so much more enjoyable for everyone....

There is sometimes a misconception on this blog that if someone disagrees with you that they are attacking you... Just because someone has a different opinion then you, doesn't mean you should try and tear them down and make them feel dumb...

In closing I will say that people you need to learn that using this site is a privilege NOT A RIGHT. I do not want Lboros getting sick of running this blog because of pointless fighting.....
I`m not trying to judge anyone i`m just asking everyone on here at least try and be civil to one another please...

Mark Teixeira has been traded to the Braves for Jarrod Saltalamachia,Elvis Andrus and two pitching prospects.
Wow can you imagine the Braves lineup now?
1.Renteria 2.Diaz 3.Teixeira 4.Chipper 5.Andruw 6.Mccann 7.Frenchy 8.Johnson(or whoever is the 2nd baseman)
wow that's a murderers row I think that's a better lineup then the Mets lineup.
The Braves might just win the WS with that lineup.

Its interesting to study the last few year at all the different defending champions from all the different sports.If you look at it you.ll see one thing defending champions have not done well.Starting with Redsox won in 2004 did make the playoffs in 05 but were destroyed by the Whitesox.The Whitesox champions in 05 failed to make the playoffs in 06 also the Steelers Superbowl champs failed to make the playoffs the next year.Another championship team not doing well this year the Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup champs struggling mightily this year.The Marlins won the World Series in 2003 they did not do well in 2004.Will the Cardinals fall into this pattern? hopefully not what do you guys think?

Geoff Jenkins has said "Play me or trade me" if the Brewers are willing to trade him should the Cardinals put together a package of JuanE and someone else to try to get him?

Geoff Jenkins .271 AVG 17 HR 70 RBI 26 2B 56 BB 129 SO .357 OBP .434 SLG

The only real differences i see are Jenkins walks more but he strikes out more.

saying the D-rays might be willing to trade Delmon Young and what I think is we have a very full bullpen we have Juane I think we should sign Weaver and trade Reyes with perhaps Looper or Juan or others for Delmon Young he could be a very good player in the future I know he had that incident where he threw the bat but im not very concerned with it I would love to see him in our farm system I know its a longshot we could ever get him but i think the Cardinals should atleast give them a good offer what do you guys think?

Cubs Offer Schmidt 44 million dollar contract either 3 or 4 years i really hope he turns them down or Walt gives him a better offer if the Cubs sign Schmidt they will start to look very good with Zambrano and Schmidt in the top two spots in their rotation and Lee,Ramirez and Soriano as their core hitters they will be very dangerous.....
