Alright Maniacs.  There has been a lot of discussion lately regarding BJ Penn making a move to welterweight in the near future.  Many have claimed that he has cleared out the lightweight division altogether so moving up is the logical next step.  With decisive victories over the likes of KenFlo, Joe Daddy, and The Muscle Shark it's hard to argue against that.
