brandon probably leads the team in getting us free chulupas, scoring the 100th point. last year bayless saved the day many times. tonite we almost didnt make it despite almost 2 mintutes to go and only needing 3 points. Fortunately Rudy saved the day! Another question could be whether we should lock up rudy to a longterm extension before next season. the other nite we were at 95 and i took off thinking the chulupa was in the bag and got to my car and heard on the radio we didnt make it. the blazers should make up a small trophy of a taco and award it to the chulupa player of the game like the wells fargo fan fest trophy. or mabey a years end mvcp award.

Ok, our small forwards are stepping up. All of them. Marcus Camby is still the Man. #1 is getting some minutes and playing some d. Miller is looking good as always. what ever preseason slup broy may or may not have been in has past. la just got 20/10 in what didnt even seem like that great of effort. i still really like mathews and rudys hustle thus far and nic is playing possibly his best ball yet but... i think dante may be the little monster about to be let out of the box. he is hustling as well as anyone. like batum he is going up against alot bigger players and gobbling up rebounds and blocking shots and like all those guys he is creating his own shots. what do u guys think?

his defense is better, he plays point better, rebounds slightly better, passes better, is quicker, hits from everywhere, is everywhere, on both ends of the court at all times, is a absolute thief, is an inspiration to fellow teamates and is a motivator and provides energy to all around him both on offense and defense, plays smart ball ahead of his years of expierence and doesnt make alot of stupid mistakes, is a leader, he is younger, healthier,and his contract is even cheaper. what do you guys and gals think? is wesley mathews going to be the new and improved version of broy. is he now BROY 2.0 !

if you were to bet 1000 dollars on who in their career would be most Jordanesque, im not talking fluffy good character, good teamate, good rolemodel, stuff either. i mean scoring titles, championships, shoes sold, Game and respect who would you pick. Lebron seems to be well on his way with miami after a slow start championship wise. kd is alot younger and is already a leader on our us team and his own and def in the running for a scoring title. i think both play sf which is give their teams a definite advantage having a size advantage there in my opinion. i think both are above average defensively but id give kd the nod personally. so, what do you think?

- i am so bummed. yeah, the blazers began scalping piece of junk upper level tickets to premium games, raising the prices from 9 to 52 dollars each last year. they didnt however raise group prices. well they have this year. im close to the edge of jumping off the bandwagon. it really wouldnt take much. yes i still have my season tix which they seem to raise 10-29 percent a year. i know from other peoples stories that this is the way it goes. people become fans, fall in love with the team and eventually get priced out at some point and end up walking away from thier tickets. in another few years when oden is a bust, pryz is gone, camby and miller are retired, batum never quite panned out, brandons begins having knee problems and la will still be good but not great then after some back to back failures to sell out the arena, tickets will become reasonable again. for the last 4-5 years i have bought a ton of tix. yeah ive scalped some, i can say ive lost more money than ive ever made. any money ive ever made i put back into buying more tickets. ive taken my family, my friends and probably given away 500-1000 tickets to underprivledged people. this new policy is crap. For all of you hoping to go see miami or the lakers or Phoenix on opening day or boston or any other good game. forget it. spend your money on comcast instead. Its a much better value! for those of you wanting to take your kids to a game you have no hope! i dont care how much you make, how many people can really afford 250+ just to sit in the very top piece of crap seat behind the basketwhere not only can you not see the players faces, you have difficulty reading their number also. enjoy your 9 dollar beers and your 15 dollar parking, your extended wait in traffic to go home. its time to start hating. mabey the next time i see the punk with the kobe jersey becoming obnoxious ill just buy him a beer.
Ekene Conspiracy
Am I the only one who feels like "The Man" is sticking it to Ekene lately? WTF the last 2 games he only got 12 and 8.5 minutes so we could all see what exactly,...Pendacrap? Really? I mean there isnt alot jeff can show me that i cant see while he is sitting on the bench. Sure Jeff had a decent game tonite but playing 34 minutes who wouldnt in las vegas? Ekene also had tougher minutes having to play against GODZILLA for most of those minutes. As bad as Ekenes numbers were if you project his minutes out to 34 it would have still been very close to jeffs and probably alot more exciting. He never had a chance to get into a rythm. God forbid if they passed him the ball or ran a couple plays through him. Ever since fans got excited the first game Ekenes minutes were slashed. Coincidence? or is"The Man" eliminating any controversy before it ever gets started? Gven his performance in the LIMITED minutes the last 2 games im not sure he would make the team if there was a open spot but one thing is for sure and that is he is my favorite player on this summer team to watch. (dante and armon are a close 2/3). i am alittle concerned with the depth at 4-5, yeah im sure they plan to use dante or some other small ....forward or jeff but we could very easily be looking at having only 1 of our 3 centers healthy next year and what does that leave us for back up...jeff? Dont get me wrong, jeff is ok. Put him on the bench, throw some bark dust on him and hes ok.

- even if he sucks sometimes he's still the most fun player to watch play
- hes a great 6th man
- we already spent the buyout money so the longer we keep him the cheaper his contract actually is
- his contract is cheap, and the media really did prod himexcessively into at least verbalizing any trade feelings
- finally if the rally sucks there is a big rip city party going on there next door

- Roy, questionable? No problem. LA's toes tired? Dont worry about it. No big guys no Worries. although in the past i have dreaded our 3 pt game and still prefer watching ODEN, but i am Very confident that we can now slide right back into our comfortable, old routine, perimeter game and bomb the crap out of our opponents. i think our 3 pt game should be enough to get us at least into the 1st round of the playoffs and the good thing is no team is exempt on anygiven nite. with martell, rudy and steve all back and healthy i predict ... SAUSAGE MCMUFFINS!
