My name's Marcus. I'm a native Los Angeleno transplanted to Boston for school at Northeastern University, a college located mere feet from Fenway Park and the hordes of drunk, mulleted men wearing Ortiz jerseys and fisting over hundreds of "dollahs" for bad seats and worse beer.

I started following the Angels once I became a converted sports fan around the end of the 2005 ALDS. I did, however, watch the 2002 Series with trepidation and mild amusement at the Angels triumph. I watch those games now and they mean so much more.

I'm fond of the Kings, but they are a near-constant disappointment. However, after you've watched some NU hockey, disappointment loses its sting and just becomes an inevitability. But seriously though, go Huskies.

When I'm not in Boston I spend my time driving my Volvo around the Valley.
