Joakim Noah
How could the Mavs get Joakim Noah? Would they even try to get Noah? If Dirk or one of the other bigs goes down for an extended period will Juwan Howard really help? Wouldn't Noah maybe produce fewer points, but still be the fire they might need? Lets face it, the only vocal leader the Mavs really have is Stack and according to just about every person with some knowledge about Noah that's just what he is, a leader. A guy that goes out and plays hard and commands that the team he's on does. He's a proven winner (on the college stage, sure, but still) and seems to be a level headed guy that just doesn't feel his current team. Is he that guy these Mavs need to help out in the locker room? Could he be an Armstrong in the front court on the court? Spicing up things a little and such?
I haven't really thought about this for longer than it took to read a few articles on the Bulls situation, but I've seen him play both in the NBA and in college.
What would it take to snatch him from the Bulls? Remember he's just gotten in a fight with Jerry's love (Wallace) and a assistant coach the last few days. Might the Bulls be souring on him way quick and be willing to deal him for something they need, a big that can score if needed?
Branson Wright doesn't belive in the Dallas Mavericks
"Not to take anything away from the Cavaliers, but their victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night - did not come against a very good team. OK, Dallas is not playing as bad as the Miami Heat ..."
"Now seriously, there's no way the Mavs will win the NBA title this season. They won't even make it out of the West."

Comments? I personally think homeslice needs to cut his crack habit.
