On October 10, 2008, Johnson was arrested for the fourth time and charged with one count of non-aggravated assault for allegedly spitting a drink in a woman's face at a Kansas City nightclub on Oct. 11. It is believed that Johnson attempted to flee from police officers but was tackled after two yards.

Peterson v Pioli: Who drafted better?
Every time a Carl/Herm draft pick gets cut or traded, some Chief fans use that event to piss on the previous regime and/or laud Pioli. Every transaction is viewed through the Pioli good, Carl bad filter. Frankly, it gets a bit old, but is it fair? Were the Carl/Herm drafts that much worse than the Pioli/Belichick drafts from the same period?
I decided to break it down for the 2006 – 2008 Herm era, but let’s first look at some factors that may influence the results.

Bears ready for all-time great
Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez has more career receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns than any other tight end in NFL history. Here's a look at the top five tight ends.
1. Tony Gonzalez: 11,155 yards, 1997-present
2. Shannon Sharpe: 10,060 yards, 1990-2003
3. Ozzie Newsome: 7,980 yards, 1978-90
4. Jackie Smith: 7,918 yards, 1963-78
5. Kellen Winslow: 6,741 yards, 1979-87
LAKE FOREST – Bears safety Al Afalava was 10 years old when a promising tight end named Tony Gonzalez caught his first pass for the Kansas City Chiefs.
More than 13 years, 11,155 receiving yards and 78 touchdowns later, Gonzalez has established himself as the one of the greatest tight ends ever to play the game. The Bears will try to contain him Sunday when they face the Atlanta Falcons, who acquired Gonzalez for a second-round draft pick this spring.

Scrutiny comes with calling plays
"That's where the scrutiny comes in," Warner said. "When we (players) don't do our part and somebody says, 'Well, it's the play calling.'
"Todd was great here when we went to the Super Bowl, and now he's doing the same things there and he's not very good because they aren't winning."
