They say the music you listen to in adolescence is the music you cherish most for the rest of your life.

I say it works the same for cities and sports teams. I was born in Canada and I'm a proud Canadian, but Chicago was where I called home when I turned from boy to man, it's the city I feel attached to.

And the Blackhawks, who I watched rise from the outhouse to the penthouse, is the team I'm most passionate about.

That said, I'm a hockey fan, and I love talking hockey with everybody who shares that love. I'm friends with Red Wings fans, Canucks fans, St Louis fans, and I'm dating a San Jose fan at the moment. So I'll join multiple blogs and chat about all those teams. Cause really, sports would be boring without rivalries and great competitors.
