Kansas City: Anyone old enough to remember Mike Garrett will be pleased with the Chiefs' selection of 5-foot-8 running back Dexter McCluster, who has both the same stature and the same knack for hiding behind lineman as Garrett. Kolby Smith of Kansas City currently wears Garrett's No. 21 jersey -- get that number onto McCluster, have Matt Cassel wear Len Dawson's No. 16, and this team will remind spectators of its glory days.

Cheap "Authentic" Jerseys
A lot of people are talking about buying new jerseys, here's a website that I have ordered multiple jerseys from, www.jersey101.com. The jerseys are the same quality as the authentic jerseys that cost anywhere from $225-275. All the letters and numbers are sewn on, the sleeves are ribbed, appropriate patches, etc. All for about $40!
Linval Joseph/Dan Williams
Daniel Jeremiah just said on Twitter, @movethesticks that he keeps hearing Joseph will be gone very early 2nd round, is he our pick? Additionally, he said Dan Williams has the biggest butt he's seen since Haloti Ngata, perfect power base for 3-4 NT.
We might want to start facing the music...
It seems more and more draft pundits have us taking Bulaga, here's the latest mock from Daniel Jeremiah at movethesticks. I just wish all these experts had a legit reason for us drafting an O lineman in the first. Why has this become our biggest perceived need this offseason?
Red Zone on Itunes?
I can't find the red zone with soren petro on itunes anymore, you used to be able to download from the mothership, but with the new design I've only seen the ability to stream it. Any Help?
Extra ticket to Home Opener
So I live and St. Louis and got together a group of guys to go in on group tickets to the Chiefs home opener, 9/20. Well, my brother is no longer able to go, his high school homecoming is super early this year, also 9/20, it's his senior year, on the court as a captain of football team...
Anyway, we can't find anyone to buy his ticket. I know it's a shot in the dark, but perhaps someone here on AP has tickets nearby us and would be willing to help out a fellow Chiefs fan. Face value of ticket is $95, section 109, rows 21 and 22, seats 13-17 in both rows. You can have your pick of either row, seats 13 or 17 (on the edge of our group).
We will be in Kansas City Saturday afternoon, our hotel is at the plaza. Could meet somewhere Saturday or Sunday while tail gaiting. I wouldn't expect payment in advance, just at time of ticket exchange. Got my fingers crossed...
KC and Jacksonville talking trade, but unable to agree on value of QB Tyler Thigpen, sources said. Chiefs want more than a 5th rounder

Check out the sweet jersey I just got from www.jersey101.com. Under $40 including shipping. All letters and numbers are stiched on and the sleeves are ribbed. I can only assume that it's a knockoff, but I couldn't tell you why (other than the price). There's not a thing wrong with it.
Where to Experience Arrowhead From?
I'm putting together a road trip for 10 guys traveling from St. Louis to Kansas City for the home opener vs. the Raiders on 9/20. We'll be making the commute via a 15 passenger van (enough room for 10 guys, their stuff, and multiple coolers). 7 of the 10 have never been to Arrowhead. Actually, those 7 have only experienced NFL football at the lame Edward Jones Dome here in St. Louis. I want to show them what a real NFL game is like. I've only sat in the third level at Arrowhead, but since we have a group, I'm able to secure tickets now, rather than wait until July through ticketmaster. I need your help deciding what our best seating option would be. Thanks in advance. Hope to see you there!
Tickets to the Home Opener?
Anyone have any suggestions where the best place to get tickets to the home opener would be? Last year I waited until they went on sale thru ticketmaster, we ended up in upperbowl, home side, corner endzone. Those were the best available at the time. I bought them the morning single game tickets went on sale to non-jackson county residents. 8 of us will be making the trip from St. Louis. This will be most of the groups first trip to Arrowhead. Just trying to show my friends what a real NFL game is like.

Twitter?
Who does everyone follow on twitter to keep up with the Chiefs? Obviously I'm following arrowhead pride, but who else? I have mine updates texted to my phone, so links aren't as fast as just reading a quick blurb from someone. I would like some more to follow like Kent Babb, people who are there with the news right in front of them, any others that you can suggest? Thanks in Advace for your suggestions.
Raiders to Trade For Chad Johnson
The Raiders really do want a team full of misfits.
Trade For Cutler?
I know, I know, it's been asked before and answered with a resounding NO. But, what if Denver traded their 2nd and Cutler for Cassel? Getting a franchise QB and Vrabel all for just swapping 2nd rounders essentially. I still would say no, because it would help Denver out, but something for nothing is hard to pass up. It would also be heartbreaking to see Cassel go to Denver and flourish. I just really don't want Denver to end up with the 1st or 2nd pick ahead of us.
Another Conspiracy Theory
Is it possible that this is Josh McDaniels way of helping Pioli and the Chiefs? The first thing he accomplishes as the Donkeys head coach is alienate their franchise quarterback. I don't really care how we turn the Chiefs organization around, even if it takes the Belichick umbrella to make it happen. We get Cassel for well under perceived market value, vrabel for free, and now another Belichick disciple is helping take out one of our division rivals. Al Davis has the Raiders taken care of, they will be no threat to us until he's dead or turns over the keys to the organization, I would guess death will come first. The division has become a two horse race, what can Uncle Bill do for us to take out the Chargers?
Priest Holmes Autograph?
Anyone know where/when someone might be able to get Priest Holmes autograph? I live in st. louis and would be willing to travel, but have no idea when or where. I also would be willing to donate money to a charity, lots of players do that. I would love to have a jersey signed and then framed. I recently had a sjax jersey signed and framed, it turned out great. Would love to have one of my number one team on the wall next to it.
